!This company did a wonderful job of repairing an old shower. The pan was leaking and wood underneath was rotted. The walls were cultured marble and they were able to save them by cutting up from the base and replacing the floor and several inches up the wall with tile. The job was done within a few days of the initial contact , the workers cleaned up their work space, and the finished result looks great! I am going to use this company again on another bathroom renovation.

It was a quote in addition to a job they had already done. It was $400 for the tub. He could always find a solution to an issue with the bathtub and the cultured marble which is an outdated product. He found somebody that actually manufactured it. He could actually put it on the tub so I was very thankful. A lot of folks don't deal with the product anymore and they were giving me the runaround. He was upfront with quotes. If he needed to go out and make a trip, I asked him what the trip charge was. He was extremely informative and definitely solved all my issues. He was very good with communication. I would absolutely use them again.

They were courteous, on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Price is comparable to everybody else.

He is very knowledgable about his trade and if he doesn't know how to fix something, he knows someone who can. He is very trustworthy and I never felt uneasy with him in my home. His work doesn't even compare to the work of other contractors I've used, and he even fixed or improved on jobs that others have done. Throughout the job, he made suggestions to make things work better that I never would have thought of. My house is in much better quality and condition now that he's worked in it, and his rates are very reasonable. Also, I have the best fence on the block!

I called to schedule installation of appliances and Stan told me he would come in the next couple of days to see what needed to be done. He called me on the second day to tell me a client had a water damage emergency and he would call me when he could come - probably the end of the week or Monday. My husband called Stan at the end of the week to tell him that we were in a time crunch and needed the install as soon as possible. Stan sent an installer the same day to evaluate the work necessary and scheduled the work for Sunday morning. The install work was more involved than we had anticipated, but they were able to get the appliances in place. One of the appliances would not come on. They tried to troubleshoot the problem, but ultimately we had to call the electrician who had wired the kitchen to come back to correct the problem. Stan called me the next day to see when the necessary correction would be complete and scheduled a return visit that evening to complete the installation. The appliances were installed and Stan called later in the week to ensure that the appliances were all working.
