Remodel laundry room ( removed walls, electrical, plumbing, new flooring)

Parker's crew were prompt and professional. They did a great job on our floor installation and we will call them for other jobs in the future.

Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with the results. Allen's crews worked steady and worked some Saturdays. They would have finished in 4 weeks but it took 6 weeks due to circumstances beyond their control. I thought they finished in a reasonable amount of time due to the extent of work that had to be done. Allen is great to work with and his crews are too. Very nice, professional and responsive.

about doing your patio first. Well, I don't think I'm going to have time to do that right now, I'm busy for at least another month. I told him I would just call someone else. He said "ok' and didn't even apologize. I just hung up

Mr. Parker provided excellent service. He call the day after I contacted him and was here the next day to provide an estimate. We agreed upon the price and his workers were here two days later to do the actual work. I was pleased with the work and would definitely use him again.

Allen arrived and was ready to go. He had the vent, and spray painted it to match the cabinet to where it is barely noticeable. He was very quick, and did a nice job. Price was very reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend Allen for any home repair needs.

Excellent job! He was interested in design and detail. He had great design ideas and paid exceptional attention to detail. The project turned out so much better than I could have ever imagined. He was not the cheapest or the most expensive company I interviewed but he was definitely the one that was interested in design and excellent work. He wanted to make sure that the project was perfect and that we were 100% satisfied. I would use him again on any project that I wanted to do.

The workmen showed up as scheduled and immediately got to work, removing old carpets and installing laminate flooring which I had selected. The flooring material had been delivered by the company, Parker's Workshop, a week ahead to give the flooring time to acclimate to the house during a period of highly variable weather conditions. Five rooms were involved in the installation, and the work took most of four days. I could not have asked for a better result. The flooring looked as if it was the original flooring with no scratches, scrapes or noticeable imperfections in spite of heavy bookcases and a large piano which had to be moved around during the process. The old carpeting was hauled away at the end of each day by the work crew, which included three men. There was a lot of dust involved in the installation, but the workmen also swept and vacuumed each day. Everyone answered all of my questions about how to care for and clean the new flooring and helped apply felt pads beneath all of the furniture to help protect against future damage. In the end, I felt as if I were living in a new house with a marketability that exceeds the cost of the flooring and labor involved. Parker's Workshop will be the first company I call when I am ready for my next home improvement project.

I was pleased with the way the job proceeded and was very pleased with the completed bathroom. Mr. Parker met with my wife and I and helped us work thru the details of exactly what we wanted in our bathroom renovation. He provided a written estimate and the job was completed on budget and on time. The job took three weeks and a couple of days. Mr. Parker ordered all the components of the job and they were all in hand before work started. The nature of the deconstruction and rebuilding was messy but the various workers used drop cloths and plastic sheeting to minimize dust and dirt in our home. Mr. Parker typically would come over to our house each morning to discuss the day's work schedule and to answer any questions I might have. He also periodically dropped in during the day to inspect the work progress. I was very impressed with the attention to detail displayed in building my new shower. Everything was perfectly lined up to be flat and square. The bathroom floor under the tile was reinforced and made perfectly level. At all times Mr. Parker was available either actually at my house or by cell phone. On several occasions I called his cell phone and without exception he answered and was available to answer my question(s). There were no real problems during the job which is a good thing given that having a construction project going on will always be a bit stressful. I had used Parker's Workshop for a couple of home projects in the past and based on them I have a lot of confidence in Allen Parker. He takes pride in what he does and he makes sure that work is performed by craftsmen who do the job right.

This bathroom required a complete tear out. Allen Parker was with me step by step as we designed, collected materials, made final decisions and installed. He quickly determined my preferred style and narrowed the choices, bringing me samples to select from; thereby saving me much time and steps. I did not have to go from place to place searching out their stock. He did this for me. It was great. We watched the build happen, modifying as we went. No mid course correction threw him off. The master bath turned out fantastic. It is gorgeous and makes me smile every time I walk into it. We stayed on budget, no surprises. He has done many projects for me over the years and all have turned out perfectly.

On the day of installation, the guys showed up on time and immediately started working. They were fast as lightening and you could tell this wasn't their first rodeo. They did a beautiful job and finished all but the sealant in one day. Al came back in a couple of days to seal the grout and make sure all had gone well. I had not picked out a border for the back splash, but Al had something that was perfect that he could get, so I didn't have to go out and find something in a rush. The guys were very pleasant and did a great job. I will certainly request them again when I need something else done. I couldn't have asked for better service or a better job. Al Parker, owner of Parker's Workshop, is certainly on speed dial. It appears he does just about anything and does it well. He always answers his phone and it was a pleasure doing business with him.

They are easy to contact. He always returns your phone calls, he looks at things very meticulously. He makes suggestions when you have something perhaps in your mind that is going to cost too much he gives lower price alternatives that are amazing, you just hadn't thought of them. They aren't cheap fixes or band-aids or anything. He has a lot of integrity. I talked to the sub-contractors that he hired and he holds them to an extremely high standard that of course always ends with him. He will guarantee you will be satisfied. He is somebody that I would trust with a key to my house. I would also trust what his viewpoint was because he's not out to do the most expensive thing that you can do.

I have been very satisfied with all of the work performed by Parker's Workshop. Allen is very thorough, making sure he and his employees understand exactly what it is that you are expecting. The work is then executed efficiently, correctly, and economically.

Allen Parker (Parker's Workshop) is an extremely knowledgeable contractor with access to the very best workers. He takes pride in all of his jobs. I have many friends who have used him and they all trust him completely with their home repairs and remodels. Some of these friends are single females and it is very important to them to be able to rely completely on a home improvement professional to help them make the right decisions. He always makes sure you are satisfied and you will be confidant that the job is done right. If you have ever seen HGTV's "Holmes on Homes" and wished that Mike Holmes could be your inspector/ contractor- take heart.......his name in the Memphis area is Allen Parker. He not only does the job you ask for but if you like he will offer suggestions on ideas you never thought about. He will also let you know when what you asking for is overkill and offer affordable alternatives. In my case, he scoped out the entire job, gave me a detailed estimate, completed the work on time and exactly within quote. He actually does show up in a timely manner to take care of any last minute "tick list" items. With his extensive network, there is nothing that he can't take care of for you.
