+ -1 moreThis inspector was assigned to me by my realtor. He managed to find some rotten wood, which was not really repaired as he requested but was simply painted. Items missed included an air conditioning system that was 2 sizes too small for the house, a significant rat infestation that was clearly visible, and very low water flow to the house due to supply lines not being to code. I have since learned that realtors are not supposed to choose house inspectors for their clients, which makes me question the relationship between the two in the first place.

I was not informed that water pressure was too low to water the yard, that the HVAC system was two sizes too small for the house, that there were rodent feces all over the attic, the home had a mold and fungi problems. This inspector's oversights are costing me thousands.
