Nelson Carpet Cleaning stretched and cleaned the carpet in my upstairs bedrooms. It had obtained plenty of stains and wrinkles after 25 years of use. The results were truly amazing. The stains and wrinkles were gone and the carpet brightened up again. Can’t say enough about Doug’s ability to transform our carpet into looking almost brand new again. He is clearing knowledgeable and skilled in this work. Highly recommend.

NCC was on time, courteous, efficient, and did an excellent job cleaning my four area rugs. He took great care with how he moved about the room, protected my walls, columns, and furniture that was close to the rugs. Also used a temporary "front door" so that nothing from the outside would come in while cleaning the rugs.

This experience was hands down the absolute BEST we have EVER had. Starting with our initial contact with Doug at Nelson Carpet cleaning. He responded promptly to my original message. He was extremely helpful answering all our questions regarding upholstery cleaning for our sofa, love seat, and all of our outdoor cushions! He set up the appt and confirmed date and sent price quote email and text which was AWESOME. But the absolutely AMAZING part is the result of the cleaning itself! We have two dogs and the sofa specifically looked hideous with the amount of stains from one of them licking their paws on it! it looks BRAND NEW! Both it and the loveseat do and we’ve had them for almost 17 years!! Doug was so thorough in the cleaning!! He explained a little bit about their process and also advised me how to treat any future stains. He worked meticulously to get these in tiptop shape and they were dry before he left! I was equally pleased with the outdoor cushions on our patio as well! We discussed other services that they offered regarding hardwood floor cleanings, tile cleanings, carpet and rugs! To top it all off I was texted a link to review my bill and was able to pay my bill through my phone. I received email follow up immediately from that payment. I have a 15% discount I can use for the next eight months on any of their services and 10% for the a year!! I cannot say enough good things about the experience and I will definitely be using them again for other projects in our home like my two area rugs I would like to have cleaned as well as the hardwood cleaning we discussed! The price was very good considering the cleaning required! an overall 5 star experience!!

I have used Nelson Carpet Cleaning for years after trying many others. They are amazing. I had Sexton this time and he saved many rugs I thought I would have to throw away after my dog was terribly sick in the middle of the night and I didn't see the damage in basically every room. They also cleaned a wool pad for my wool & silk rug I had picked up to clean & that company told me I had to replace the pad because it could not be cleaned. Nelson CC said they do it every day. That saved me a lot. They also did my upholstery and did a great job. Can't thank them enough.

Great results. I made an appointment with Doug for Friday at noon. Doug sent communications early in the day to remind me of the appointment. Doug called and made an earlier time available, if I wanted to. Doug arrived, on time, and measured my rooms, giving me a quote before beginning. Doug assessed my carpet conditions, and the measure of "dirtiness" and adjusted his price accordingly. Mine were not that dirty and his cost was adjusted down to accommodate the reduced effort. Doug went to work immediately and the the final result was excellent. Doug spent time addressing several small stains and made them disappear. I've used Nelson Carpet Cleaners in the past and will continue to do so. Doug has an excellent work ethic, is very personable, polite and respectful. I recommend Doug and his company very highly.

Initially, I used Nelson's Carpet for carpet stretching in my oversized media room. He identified the problem and provided the solution to reducing all the "bubbles" in the carpet. I believe this was the third time I've used Nelson carpet cleaning. After a call, a person came out at an appointed time to measure and give me a quote. Then later a day/time was scheduled to do the cleaning. As previously, the work was completed in the time amount stated, and carpets were very clean. A few 'problem spots' which i'd unsuccessfully tried to remove myself are now gone, too. As we were in early stages of the coronavirus outbreak, Mr Nelson was very careful to keep adequate distance from my wife and I who remained in a different part of the house. Upon leaving, he also made sure to clean/disinfect surfaces he had touched, e.g. door handles. I believe his prices are reasonable, his communication professional, and work is top quality. I'll certainly use them again.

The equipment used too do the cleaning was commercial grade and cleaned the carpets very well.Doug Nelson was very professional and explained his services and pricing over the telephone. Doug offered to come to our house and offer a free quote. I mentioned that was not necessary so he quoted a standard rate for our house . Doug mentioned he would adjust the quote once precise measurements were taken. Exact price was quoted before the job started.

This company is great the man communicated with me every step of the way till he arrived on site. He spent the time to be sure the carpets looked good before he left and he did an outstanding job. He is not like other companies that come in and spend an hour and leave as quick as they can and the carpets still look bad. He spent the time to be sure the carpets were as clean and the upholstery was as good as it could get. i will use him in the future and only him and not hesitate like I did on previous companies I had used as to whether to give them a return chance. We have been using Nelson Carpet Cleaning for several years now. We were ready to pull up our 24 year old carpet until Doug came and gave it the best cleaning in its life!!!
