Description of Work: I first used them last June with a gift certificate from my daughters. They did a nice job so I now have them coming once a month. That way I get a better price. They do an especially good job on the bathrooms and mopping the floor. My only complaint is that although the office calls me a day or two before the ladies come I cannot get a window of time when they will show up. They had been coming at 10:00 and then the next time at 8:30 in the morning. I just need to be prepared for them when they do come so I have now asked for a window of time and they have given that to me. Also even though I have asked for the same ladies I always get a new couple or one new each time. This way they don't know what I expect and I am not sure what they will do. No one has been bad but some are more thorough than others. Overall I am pleased with the service and it frees me to do other chores they can't do. It always smells so good and clean when they leave.rs.

+ -1 moreWhen I met the owner for the 1st time she was on time and friendly. She gave me a reasonable estimate. The over all clean was ok and the bi-weekly cleans started out ok. One week I left her a note asking for 3 specific things to be done and when they were not I emailed her. She said that she was sorry they were not done and said that while we were on the subject that she had told me from the start that I should have the house picked up and no dirty dishes in the sink on the days she comes. She did not mention that to me when we 1st meet because if she had I would not have agreed to hire her because those are some of the things I wanted help with. A few days after we exchanged that e mail my husband moved his recliner to look at the bottom of it and we found that the cleaning crew was sweeping the dirt from the living room under his chair. After we found that I cancelled her service.
Description of Work: Company performed 1 major over all cleaning and 3 or 4 bi-weekly cleans.

+ -1 moreaction; and, I was informed that based on the experience I had, I did not have to pay the $156.00 fee. Four months later I received a statement for the full amount. WHen I called the owner, he said that the company had provided a service and I had to pay for the service provided. He did not get that the employees failed to provide the service. Now, I received an adjusted statement for $78.00. Shame on service providers who claim to guarantee a service, yet fail to do the job and demand payment for non-provided services. Extremely poor service and poor response from owner.
Description of Work: The entire experience was extremely poor. The team was supposed to be two women; however, they showed up late and with an additional member, a male. They arrived and asked me what did I want for them to do. I thought this was inappropriate, as they are the experts in the service they provide; however, they wanted for me to instruct them on how/what to do. If I wanted to do this, they should have payed me for giving them my time and teaching them their job! In any case, they failed to clean the every room as they were scheduled to clean, forgot about the bonus room. Failed to clean and dust all areas. The three members spent more time talking to me and telling me about themselves than performing the service. I immediately called the company and expressed my dissatisf

Description of Work: I called them at the very last minute for a move-out cleaning of my home. They were wonderful in working around the movers and things that had gone off schedule that day. Not only that. I receive a follow up phone call with a survey/evaluation of the service. They were great at communicating confirmation, ETA. etc. HIGHLY recommend

+ -1 moreI was more satisfied with the first cleaning with them than the following monthly cleanings. The first cleaning seemed more thorough. On a monthly basis, two people spent about one hour cleaning and they were finished. The quality of the work was inconsistent so I quit using them. It was not worth the price paid to me. If I were in a bind, I would use them again but only for a one time cleaning.
Description of Work: They were hired to clean 2 bedrooms-one practically empty, 2 bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen, office and living room of a 1600 sq ft home. One bedroom included changing linens.

+ -1 moreThe first crew of girls that came did a good job but on their 2nd visit, they were in a real big hurry to get through. I had to call them back in to redo some things. I then asked for a different crew and the next one was much better. They use vinegar and water for floors, which does not do the trick. You have to provide the cleaners you want used or settle for what they bring in. Overall, they did a pretty good job.
Description of Work: Vacuum, dust, clean blinds, floors, bathrooms, etc.

+ -1 moreA wonderful experience. The ladies showed up perfectly on time, asked me a few questions about what I wanted done, then got right down to business. After the allotted initial two hours they asked if I would like them to stop or finish what was left. I requested they continue & they did. They were finished with the whole house in just about three hours. They then let me know that they were finished, and even mopped themselves out of the house to get the last few feet without treading through freshly mopped floors.
Description of Work: The ladies who came did an AMAZING job. They vacuumed & mopped every floor surface in the house. Scrubbed the bathrooms top to bottom including tub, toilet, sink & tiles. Cleaned all the kitchen counters, the microwave, stove-top, the exterior of the oven & the fridge. They dusted EVERYTHING. And would have changed the linens & made the beds had I not already done so.

Description of Work: I would NOT use anyone else! I hired Molly Maids after a bad experience with another maid company. My team is fantastic! They are lovely, caring ladies--even the dogs love them and they love the dogs in return. We use them regularly now--wouldn't consider changing! They dust, vacuum, mop the wood floors, clean the bathrooms and any thing else that needs to be done to have the house look nice

+ -1 moreThis was not a very good job at all. It seems that no one takes pride in their work or pays any attention to detail. Concerns I've had with cleaning - no dusting on furniture, window sills, cabinets, bookshelves or air vents, no glass cleaning on fireplace, French doors, or dressers, sticky tile floors, cleaning solution left all over bathroom sink and toilets, water spots all over chrome faucets and in sinks. These are just a few of the items. As for the office itself - they did not schedule my appointments correctly, overcharged me when I switched to weekly, and even canceled my service when I didn't ask them to. I was not at all satisfied with this company. I'm trying 2 Chicks with a Broom next. I'll post when I see how it goes.
Description of Work: I have an 1800 sq foot home that was charged 86 for biweekly cleaning and 78 for weekly cleaning. Typical cleaning duties.

+ -1 moreThere were glitches when they first started, but they are really good. They do their work and don t bother me, and the house is very clean and nice when they leave. They are reliable, professional and trustworthy. I ve been using them for a year. If I have any problems, the company will send someone out to do the cleaning again. I ve never had any problems. I would recommend them.
Description of Work: Two maids came to my house and did a thorough cleaning. They spent most of the day cleaning my three story, four thousand square foot home. They vacuumed the carpet, mopped the tile floors, polished the furniture, made the beds, cleaned the sinks, tubs and toilets, the appliances and dusted the blinds and windowsills. They come to my house once a week and clean. They do a basic cleaning for ninety-five dollars, and a thorough cleaning for one hundred twenty five dollars.

+ -1 moreI thought they were one of the more expensive companies and I do not feel that it was worth it at all. They did not clean that well at all, especially in their dusting. The blinds were not clean and neither was the coffee table. Their Equipment seems to always break every time they are here. They used my vacuum one time and they also broke that too.
Description of Work: Molly Maids used to come every other week to maintain the cleanliness of my 3000 square foot home.
