Unlocked Car late on Thanksgiving Night

Arrived promptly after my call, opened my locked door, and checked out the broken garage door that had resulted in the lockout. The spring was broken, but he took the time to check it (without being asked to) in case it was something simple. Nice guy.

For my 2nd time using this service to locate a professional Angie's list rocks. I was able to speak to the Mark and tell him what I needed by phone. He requested photos of my existing locks. Once he received the photos he contacted me back with a quote and came the same day. I was even given an accurate window of his arrival. Not only would I use his service again, recommend him, but one of my neighbors asked him about a project the same day!

I needed some locks changed after a tenant moved out. They arrived quickly, performed the job neatly and as desired.

I'm a busy physician and recently had a tenant in my rental property who trashed the house and didn't return the keys. For fear of further damage, I had to get the locks re-keyed. I can't speak highly enough of Mark and his work!! Very professional, straight to work, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I called him at 10pm, to set up an appt for the next day, but he said that he could come and do the work right then. I was pleasantly surprised about how accommodating he was and his work ethic. If you need a locksmith, this is the man to call!!!

Mark was very courteous and professional, arrived on time, assessed the issues, told me my options, quickly and efficiently performed the work. When one of the items i had requested was not able to work, he did not charge me for all the time he spent trying to make it work. As stated before , I had just purchased a home for myself . This is my first home and I'm proud to be the "Adulting" individual that I am today . I decided I would take this newfound sense of responsibility to the next level and have the locks changed on my new house because I'm a control freak . I like that the place where I lay my head at night and where I keep anything valuable that I own is now controlled solely by me . That is true until I regress from my "adulting" ways and give some girl a key to the kingdom at which point I may have to call Mark again. But that is neither here nor there . I was driving back to my old apartment dreading having to find a locksmith . I've worked with them before . They're always inconvenienced by having to come do a job or charge you punitively for even looking in the direction of your house . The other question is how to find one that is worth calling ? At this point , I was already frustrated because MLGW had played shadow games and had missed 2 appointments already . Just then , an orange Volkswagen Beetle pulled up next to me at the light. Low and behold it was a sign from God for there on the side of this "Bug" was a big key advertising a locksmith . Could it really be that easy ? I was certainly hoping so . I snapped a quick picture of the side of the car to save the number and made my way back to my apartment to call him . I called him shortly after and he was very courteous over the phone and agreed he could come by and do the job same day . No 2 hour window like comcast and no 4 hour window like MLGW . He told me a time and was there . Upon arrival , he was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft . He took a quick look around and then gave me his very reasonable prices and told me there was no trip fee as I didn't live in the middle of nowhere. We agreed to the work and he got started . It is at this point I made a small crack about his Beetle that he drives . He became very passionate about explaining that it was a diesel and therefor a "Man Bug" . All of that aside , he was very quick and very thorough . He checked all the locks multiple times to make sure they worked correctly and also made sure they all worked with one key . Apparently the previous owner liked having a big keychain because there was a different key for every door. Over all the service was great . He was prompt and reasonable and got the job done quickly . I would recommend Mark to anyone that needs locksmith service big or small .
