What a pleasant surprise to deal with a business that actually tries to and does take care of the customer. Called early this AM and had call back within 20 minutes and told me he could come out within a few hours to repair broken garage door spring. I unfortunately gave him incorrect information, my fault but he still went out of his way to take care of the problem and got my door up and running and advised me of important maintenance tips to keep it running. I would highly recommend to anyone

Robert answered my call at 4:30PM where I requested a service call to replace a spring that broke. Robert was at the house and finished his work within 90 minutes of placing the original phone call. He inspected the garage door and then he upgraded the spring at no additional cost. Very professional work at a great price. Thanks Robert!!

Robert (the technician) responded to my call for assistance almost immediately. He was finishing up on a job in Southwest Memphis and arrived at my home in East Memphis in a little over an hour. He explained all of the pricing options and the pros and cons of each option. He did not do a and quot;hard sell.and quot; He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and timely with the repairs. He did first class work. Manna Garage Doors is a small business that offers first class service. The prices are reasonable. I will definitely use this company again.

We described the issue over the phone and he was able to give us an estimate. He also made other small repairs like fixing a bent support beam and one of the overhead tracks to ensure a smooth running system. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He showed my husband all of the issues and told him what to do for maintenance and upkeep. Our garage door used to squeak and rumble now it runs quiet and smoothly!!!! I am so impressed with the job that he did. You can't go wrong with this company. I will definitely be recommending him to others!!!!

He not only installed the opener but also corrected the door alignment so nothing is rubbing h****** my door and he also fastened my 25 year old door firmly on the wall. Now my door is more quite and the door opener mortar is super quite. He also gave tips on regular maintenance plus he gave 6 month labor warranty. He will dispose off old stuff so you don't have to worry about.

The garage door springs broke during the weekend. I called Manna on Monday morning to setup an appointment. I got an answering machine and left a message and was called back in just a few minutes. Robert was able to work me in that afternoon. He arrived at the time he said he would. He didn't have the exact springs that he wanted to use on the door so instead of using a lower rated spring, which I would have never known, he went to the supply store to gt the correct ones for the job. He did a very good job and was very pleasant and respectful. He went the extra mile when he noticed the drive motor wasn't centered and took the time to move the motor to the correct position and did so at no charge. I highly recommend this company. Final price was $155 which is what he quoted me on the phone.
