DO NOT USE. I should have paid attention to the Facebook page review. Chris does not stand behind his work. He will dispute my review but I have the text communication showing his unprofessionalism and odd behavior in response to me when I told him that I had a very small area that has not come back as new sod knowing that he had previously mentioned that it was not uncommon for him to come back to replace some pieces. He went off on me and accused me of taking advantage of him and went off again in all sorts of directions on a rant. Very odd communication and just awkward when all I did was let him know that I had an area that did not come back (it is dead) and was not greening back out. I was happy with the work until that moment and was considering him for other landscape services. Not now!

His name is Chris Cordan. It’s ongoing. He is here weekly. We’re in the middle of a move and he has taken really good care of our yards for us for probably, I would say, seven or eight years and made them especially pretty while our home is for sale. He's good. It's hard to say about the price. Reasonably priced, but we have him kinda on a contract. We replant our yard, probably twice a year, for spring and fall colors and he's just excellent at combining colors and plants. He's excellent at communicating what he wants to do.

They worked quickly and efficiently. This was a big job and I needed to extend the time beyond the initial purchase due to the amount of work needed. There were a few items that I requested they remove that they missed, and one set of bushes in the backyard were cut unevenly, but overall I was extremely satisfied with their speed, efficiency, and professionalism. I would definitely hire them again and will likely do so in the spring.

These guys were much better than the last company that we used. They're very thorough.

It's fine, he has only done one treatment, it's not time for another treatment. I'm not due for another month or two. He sprayed for whatever fungus was in the ground at this time. He bases it on what's growing, or what the problem is, and what time of the year it is. I don't know exactly what he did. It was $89, so it's reasonable. I signed up for it and all of a sudden he shows up. He doesn't answer his phone calls, that was something that I did not like. He showed up ready to spray, and I said wait a minute, I didn't know you were coming. That kind of stuff irritates me. It was a half price deal, which means if I buy it, it's going to be more. He tried pushing for mosquito spraying for the yard. We do have mosquito's here, but I did not want that because, it kills else. All of the stuff that I don't want to kill. I didn't like that part. It was just one treat, and I just had a brand new lawn put in. I have a problem out there, and I don't know how to stop it. I need to stop my dog from peeing all over. He's not real consistent.

It was too short. It was just for 4 hours. He did a thorough job on the front yard only. Quality was fair. Their responsiveness was very good. He was professional.

They did a great job with the lawn. I appreciate them trimming around the stone steps. They bagged the excess so everything was nice and tidy.

I purchased an Angies List deal for 45.00 for a one time mowing/edging/blowing. They did a good job. Chris Cordan called me immediately and was able to do the job the following day. He called back to follow up and to let me know that they did finish the job and gave me feedback and recommendation regarding the lawn. I can't rate this company based on design or how great they did the mowing since it was a basic job. But I will use them again for a regular service. I highly recommend this company based on responsiveness, price and professionalism.

Service was prompt and performed well.

The company applied 3 lawn treatments over a period of several months. They did a professional job and it seemed to help the lawn a little.

I think they may have done a good job but I really don't know. I don't even know if they came out or not. The promotion was for some amount of square footage and I think mine exceeded. I don't even know if they did the extra or just did the front side of the house. This was before I moved and I'm trying to get the house better. Normally with a situation like that, they would have called me to see if I want to continue service with them and I didn't get any of that. The price is good. Initially, they came out which is the one that measured and told me that it would be more considering that the lot was bigger than what the promotion was for. That's the only communication I had throughout the whole process. They could have called me the day they were coming. They could have maybe followed up with me to see if I was okay with what they did or anything like that. There was no follow-up. There was zero communication after the first initial talk.

It was fair. The price was okay. There were no additional costs. I'm not sure I got the eight hours but that's another issue. He had two guys do most of the work. Some of his recommendations weren't that great, you know, I've checked it out with my tree guy and so it's okay. That was just a general comment.

We had one landscaper for 8 hours. He worked very, very hard and was able to get to everything we asked him to do.

He arrived on time and my was satisfied with the work performed.

Landscapes Lawns and Gardens is a very professional landscaping group.. they arrived promptly on their appointment day, were polite, and exceeded my expectations for a thorough cleanup of both of of my yards. They neatly stacked larger branches on my curb for pickup by the city trash pickup the following day. I highly recommend Landscapes Lawns and Gardens!

We are very pleased with Chris's design and the professionalism of the crew. We plan on starting a monthly maintenance program with Chris. We are also giving thought to what else we can have him do in the future. Very Pleased!

,Really nice professional people. Very prompt reaching out to me, after but the Angie's Deal. There were at least 4 men on the job, and they were very responsive to what I wanted done and gave suggestions, as well. But, did not do the full 8 hours of work, unfortunately.

Went well. They performed the aeration on Saturday then came back on Monday to cut the tree down (they did not have their chain saw with them as the tree removal was not included in the original plan). No problems before, during, or after service.

The crew did a great job. They were polite, professional and efficient. My flower beds are beautiful.

The crew was professional and efficient. Signs were left as a reminder not to walk on treated areas.

Not impressed with communication or results.

Took a while to get appointment set but was on time and got an amazing amount of work done in eight hours in close to 100 degree temperature. Cleared out all the weeds in the flowerbeds on three sides of my home and also trimmed bushes. Did a great job cleaning up after the work too. I am going to call him in the fall to do some additional work.

I was not home when yard was treated. Grass is looking healthy though I have some bare spots not due to anything provider did.
