+ -1 moreWORST customer service I have ever received in my life. They took the bid from my home warranty company then REFUSED to answer the phone or return phone calls from my husband or my home warranty company once the equipment they ordered was delivered. If you are not a "regular" paying customer they will NOT prioritize your business. We tried for 3 business days to get a hold of them; countless phones calls, emails, a Facebook DM, and a message through their very weird website... all to NO avail. That's when I left a comment on their Facebook page on a post that was over a year old and that FINALLY got the owners attention. He then stated he had 24/7 monitored phone lines, which is a lie because they still won't answer them. He also said he no longer wanted the job because he didn't like that I reached out on Facebook like that (noted I was not rude just asked to have someone answer his phone or return our calls. I have all the screenshots to prove it), but I have 2 small kids (4 & 6) that are displaced from their home that is over 90 degrees and I had to find places for all my animals to go because our house is UNLIVABLE. They left me with NO other options, my family is my priority. I have never met someone who cared so little about his customers, especially when its a small local company. I don't understand why he took the job in the first place from the home warranty company if he wasn't going to be efficient, helpful or respectful.
Description of Work: I need a whole capacitor, new outdoor air unit. They came and did the initial appointment tried to replace the capacitor but that didn't fix the problem and they stated we needed a whole new unit. They then ordered all the parts but then NEVER picked them up and for 3 business days REFUSED to answer their phone to finish the work.
