their kitchen designer, Angie,, was one of the most sweetest, professional person that worked with us to get it just right. She went with us to different places to pick things out. LeDell, the owner, is very good at his work but he is not punctual and doesn’t complete the job. I think he’s also very sarcastic. There was a slow leak behind the washer & dryer, and he didn’t upgrade the area and the drywall wasn’t hammered to the stud so the wall fell down. So I had to hire another service provider to repair the plumbing, drywall, and paint that wall. It was very expensive. He was also supposed to install a towel bar inside the cabinet door under the sink and refused to do it. The sink panel under the sink was chipped really badly and was defective. So I had to call them to reorder it and when it came in he said he wouldn’t come and replace it. I had to pick it up and pay another individual to install it. The second one was already defective. The 3rd panel was finally installed after threatening a lawsuit. I got an email form them apologizing and I responded that that was finishing the job that you started 4 months, not a service call.

Horrible! The cabinets were to arrive on a Wednesday (which we were out of town), and were to be delivered on the following Monday. After multiple calls to the contractor which were not returned, they were finally delivered on Wednesday (2 days late). Once they were delivered, there were multiple missing pieces. Additionally, there were pieces from the display cabinets which were both missing and severely damaged (they were not damaged in the showroom). Again, multiple phone calls were placed, which were not returned from the contractor to let him know of the deficiencies. Finally, one week later, his assistant reordered the pieces. Also, the measurements they took of our kitchen did not match with the design or the cabinets they ordered. This place is HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY!! Save yourself the trouble!
