Movers showed up on time, 4 guys was plenty to do the work. Everyone was very careful, professional, cheerful. Everything arrived undamaged. Just a good job at everything.

They were very professional and did a good job. Price was good. Quality and responsiveness were also good.

The move went extremely well. Can't say enough about how impressed I was by the customer service on display. Michael, Joshua and DeMarkus are professionals in every sense of the word. They worked efficiently and handled my pieces very kindly. I will definitely seek them out for a future move. They even left a gift box filled with treats!

We called them on Friday morning and they set up an 8:30 time to meet at my sister's house. They arrived promptly, wrapped the refrigerator in moving blankets and loaded it into the truck. When they got to our house, the removed our old refrigerator and moved it to the garage. Then they brought in my sister's refrigerator, put the doors back on, and set it in place. Prompt, professional and friendly service. I found out that my sister has used them 4 times in the past and they are moving the contents of her house to storage on Monday. It took just over an hour to complete the move. We are very pleased with their service and their price.

Overall went well. They were punctual and professional. We nearly forgot to have them move the washer and dryer units but thankfully my wife noticed they were not on our original list and the items were moved. Movers disconnected and reconnected our beds and hooked-up the washer and dryer units at the new location.

I had a problem and needed my out of State trip unloaded. I called them at 7:30 AM. They called me back at 9:30 after making scheduling changes. 6 men arrived at 10:30 and my 26 foot truck was unloaded by 12:30. They did an excellent job and I would use them and recommend them to anyone.

It was fine. I thought their price turned out to be expensive but they did a good job. They brought out about 8 people. I told them to bring 4 or 6 people.

Mike, Stan, and Cliff arrived on time and went straight to work. They loaded approximately 30+ pieces of furniture from upstairs and downstairs onto two trucks. They were very careful in getting the items out of the house and packed with perfection and protection onto the trucks. At the new house they placed everything as I wanted and moved furniture through tight places with professionalism. They also gave me a Angie's List discount. I most definitely recommend them and will use again if I need too.

The service was professional and effective. The team was very friendly, wanted to make certain I was happy with everything and delivered all my items unharmed.

They were wonderful! After they were finished, they gave me a gift with muffins, a sandwich and a book! They did a PERFECT job!

The movers arrived when estimated, loaded the truck, went to new location, unloaded and placed all furniture exactly as requested. The service was done quickly and professionally. Three men arrived promptly and began working immediately - I was fully prepared and packed and they had a truck- they quickly loaded all my belongings and moved me into my second floor apt in same complex- so there was not a lot of commute time - I was completely moved in an hour and a half- I was able to pay by the hour with no minimum -they also prorated an hour in 10 minute increments- Nothing was damaged and the move was easy - this was the best deal for my small move- great company great workers

I needed some bedroom furniture moved around in my house. I had a small set that was upstairs that I needed to bring down to an extra bedroom, and I had a very heavy large set that needed to move to the 2nd floor guest bedroom. The person who answered the phone was very courteous and easy to work with on the scheduling. They had three men show up promptly at the agreed 8:30am time. They were very nice and took great care to insure the furniture was moved without and bangs or scratches. They wrapped quilts on all the furniture to protect during the move. The whole thing took about an hour and a half. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them for any type of moving services.

The guys were on time and it was raining. The entire crew was professional, work hard to get us moved before it started raining and were very friendly. They made a complicated move very easy and they did a great job. No furniture or any items were damaged. All I can say is these guys WOWed me with how hard they worked and how well they worked together as a team.

I would highlty recommend Wilder's Moving. They dispatched 5 guys and two trucks to move me. I only needed one, but it was comforting knowing they had a backup. The supervisor was very professional and nice. The movers worked well together, and respectful, and it was obvious they were experienced movers. I lived on the 3rd floor but they had the routine down as to best way to move the furniture down the stairs using a 'brigade' approach. Unloading my things at the new house took half as much time. The office lady, Cynda, was very helpful and nice., and kept me apprised of their arrival time, since I was the 2nd move of their day.They left we with "thank you" package of cookies and other items. Great job!

The move went exceptionally well. The phone receptionist scheduled the move easily and sent me a packet of company policies related to the move. The movers arrived on time the day of the move and got right to work. The job was completed quickly, but also effectively. Three movers were hired. One man tied items in the truck to secure them for the move, while the other two men carried items out of the house to put into the truck. A $50 scheduling fee was charged to me when I scheduled the move, and this money was not applied to the subsequent cost of the move. This was perhaps the only element of concern that I had with the company, as that seems rather expensive. But for the work performed, I would use them again, given the overall price and quality of work.

Complete Movers was the best and most professional moving company we have ever used. We have moved many times (due to job changes) and they were a wonderful breath of fresh air. They arrived on time, worked diligently to load and unload the 2 trucks and made sure all of our belongings were placed in the areas we wanted them (which was a first!). They even presented us with a little box of welcome goodies before they left! Complete Movers price was very fair, they treated you and your belongings with great care and were most professional. What a refreshing change when working with a moving company. We highly recommend them!!!

My great experience started with the phone call. I can't remember the woman's name, but she was very pleasant and provided clear information so that I could determine how much this would cost and what to expect. I was charged for the time it took for the truck to get to my apartment from their location (other's included this in their pricing). I also wasn't charged for the time for the truck to return to their location (again, other's charged for this). We moved from a 3rd story apartment to a house. These guys were great. They showed up on time. Even kept their spirits up while taking all of our heavy stuff down the stairs. They were there to work. No breaks, no standing around. They were professional, friendly and cared about our belongings. Nothing was damaged. We would definitely use Harry Wilder's again.

They sent 3 movers that were all about getting it done! Professional, careful, moved furniture out of one location, rearranged furniture in the 2nd location and brough in the furniture all within 1 hour and 10 minutes. Loved these guys, not to mention reasonably priced. Would use them again and have recommended them to others already.

This is the second time we used Harry Wilder's Moving Service and we couldn't be more pleased. We used them previously for a move and that was just an okay experience. This time when we called them, not only were they enthusiastic to satisfy us but also refunded us money from the previous move, all the while being very apologetic. Mr Harry Wilder personally called my husband to assure him about the quality of service.They were very punctual and the men were very energetic and enthusiastic. They were very polite and very friendly and made it all seem like a breeze. They worked hard and fast and this has been the most pleasant moving experience we have ever had! We are very happy with them and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I contacted Harry Wilder with Complete Moving Service late in the evening, and the very next morning, he returned my call. I only needed a few things moved from midtown to Bartlett. He said he could take care of me that day if I desired. I was pleasantly surprised at the promptness and the price was very reasonable. They picked up an very heavy, nice, antique curio cabinet and rocker chair from midtown. When they delivered my furniture, it was in perfect condition. The movers were so nice. They immediately introduced themselves as "Mike" and "Easy". They were gentlemen in every way. They made sure that everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. There was a box on my porch. Mike asked if I would like for him to carry it inside the house for me. Then, he made sure he put it where I wanted it. I went to move a picture, and Mike said, "oh we will do that for you". I am disabled, and this meant a lot. Usually, movers will not touch anything extra at all. This guy was like a son coming over to help his mother, he was stupendous. I paid. Then Mike handed me a box. He said this is a gift from us to show our appreciation. The box contained a recent copy of Daily Bread, along with Blueberry muffins, granola bars, and a variety of quality snacks and candies. I was just overwhelmed with how wonderful these guys were from the first phone call to the completion of the job. The crew has a devotion each morning before they leave and pray for God's guidance. The guys are honest, with the highest integrity. They also are excellent movers and take care of your furniture in a respectful manner. I highly recommend them. I will most definitely call Harry Wilder if I need another mover.

The three-man crew arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time and began to work immediately. All three were extremely courteous and efficient. The furniture was moved from my mother's home in Cordova with a bedroom suite, a dining room suite and wing chair going to Eads, TN, and a bedroom suite going to Germantown, TN. All of the funiture was delivered without any damage and set up ready for use. One of the bedroom suites had to be taken upstairs. The move was originally set up for Wednesday of that week, but the move coordinator called the day before to say that heavy rain was predicted for that day and asked if we'd like to change the day, which we did. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness as we avoided a messy situation had we moved during the rain. I would not hesitate to recommend Harry Wilder's Complete Moving Service to anyone considering a move. They get my highest recommendation in all categories, courtesy, quality of work, professionalism, and price. Any move that I may have in the future will definitely be done by Wilders!
