Searched the whole attic and elsewhere and closed up numerous possible holes that the "roof rats" have been using. He was here a long time. He explained things well. I have already recommended him to someone.

mr galloway arrived promptly and was very professional in his demeanor. i had squirrels in my attic and bought the "big deal" for "rodent exclusion". the offer was to seal up places that rodents could be accessing the space. mr galloway put screen on a couple of vents and told me to let him know if i had any more trouble. soon after i had to have an electrician out as the rodents had chewed thru my wiring. i was told there were dozens of spots that were open and letting in rodents. i feel like this $139 was a total waste of money. i have since spent $1850 to get the house totally sealed and feel like that was money well spent. mr galloway's "exclusion" was of no use whatsoever.

Andrew was very responsive and was able to complete the job on Saturday and Sunday just in time before an important meeting. This involved not only tearing down the damaged areas but also rebuilding and painting them to match the existing color. He brought drywall, mud and paint to repair the damage. This involved several trips over the weekend to verify the paint was dry between several coats. He checked the walls for any irregularities with a flashlight - but it was perfect. He prepped the site with canvas to protect the carpeting, used plenty of tape and left the room spotless. He even vacuumed every inch of debris. When it was done the room looked like new. Not many contractors would work on a weekend with very short notice to complete such a small project. Andrew was on time, very personable, polite and hard working. Will definitely use his services in the future.

On the second trip, Mr. Galloway said that the spot that I had mentioned was indeed an entry point and stopped it with steel wool. The $195 charge, which had never been warranted in the first place, was not mentioned. I felt that I had to mention it on his third trip, and asked for a refund. It took several weeks, but he did refund that amount. The logic and organization of his charges were never clear. What was clear, however, was the fact that I did not receive the service that I paid for on the front end through Angie's List. He did not see the sole entry point in the house until the second trip (at which time he acknowledged that I had pointed out the spot on his first trip), and never saw the numerous crawl space entry points in the front porch until I found them. The way in which rodents were making their way from the crawl space to the attic was never identified. A friend who was appalled by the outrageous amount of money that I had spent in four weeks on this nightmare sent his pest control agent to my house. It was then that I knew the degree to which I had been burned. For what I paid Mr. Galloway, I could have received nine months of service from the agent's company. Anyone who is considering hiring Mr. Galloway should do what I failed to do: 1) ask for a written breakdown of all charges before signing or agreeing to anything and 2) compare these charges to those of other service providers. Shop wisely. Do not let panic, fear, or impatience about a pest situation cloud your reason or wipe out your bank account.

Andrew showed up on time. He is extermely polite and easy to get along with. He assessed the house looking for entry points for rats. He found several and took care of them. He placed and baited traps both inside the attic and outside near the entry points he found. The great part about Andrew is that in addition to the pest removal, he is also a general contractor so he could help with other issues around the house. We were concerned that the dead rat was benind a built in bath tub and that we would have to tear out the wall to get to it. Having someone that could both tear out the wall and repair it afterwards was a major consideration in my original choice to use Andrew. I am very happy with my choice. Andrew's prices are not the cheapest out there. But the timely attentive service he provided in my opinion is worth it. I plan to keep using Andrew for various projects around my house.

Mr. Galloway showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He offered to come back if we continued to have any problems. So far, the bugs are gone. We would definitely use him again in the future.

I noticed a hole in the side of my rafters where an animal could potentially enter. I saw a deal for animal exclusion package and purchased it. Company called to make appointment quickly after deal was purchased. We arranged to meet a few days later. He was punctual. Assessed the property for entry points, according to deal. Also sealed up existing hole with a mesh patch.

Mr. Galloway contacted me the day I purchased the pest exclusion deal and came to my home the next day. After inspecting the house for rodent entry ways he installed screen wire over the basement vents and set baited traps in the basement. He returned a week later and removed one dead rat and reset the traps. He also installed a door sweep on the basement door. So far I have not had any more problems. I am very satisfied with his work.

He told us the "exclusion" only covered closing up the holes in access to the attic. He said there were no openings or holes he could find. We paid the $149 for the big deal for that service. He then spent another 30 minutes and put out some rodent traps, which he informed us was not included in the exclusion and was another $199. He said he would come back and check the traps. When he came back, he did catch and dispose of one rodent. He then said it was another $75 for that trip - maybe 15 minute visit. I said I thought the $199 included his return to check the traps. Based on my response, he offered to come back last Friday at no charge and check the traps again. He never showed up or called and it is now Monday night. Interesting that when he wanted to check back on the traps last week, he called me every day. That was because there was an additional charge. Would not recommend and will not use again. I do not want him to come back and check the traps. Finished with this "big deal" provider.

Very fast service. Very punctual. Found the points of entry and installed barriers yesterday. Today the squirrel was sitting on my roof watching me and wondered why he couldn't get in today. I am very pleased with their services. If you have a problem, give them a call.

Andrew is very professional and great at follow up. He also points out other things that may soon be an issue so the homeowner can proactively address them.

It was very good. The quote was probably reasonable. They were very honest and personable.

The animal was seen leaving the garage a day later. Mr Galloway did a follow up visit and retrieved the trap

He did a good job. He came out and inspected for my daughter and let her know that there was a trail of termites. He came right away for her as she is pregnant and was concerned about it. She rents the property and he gave her information for the land lord and so that helped her.

He did more than I wanted him to do. He wanted $150 but he settled for $100. First he said he didn't want anything but then he said $150. He said that he wants to come back several times when everyone else said they'd only come once.

We were very pleased with Andrew and his staff. They were on time and professional as well as responsive during the project. We plan additional remodeling in the future and fully intend to call him.
