They were great workers. I really liked that they where there when they were scheduled. They kept the 5 bedrooms and the play room just like they found them.

I was dissatisfied with the service, I ran into issues less than four days after installation. We called them and they refused to take any responsibility and wanted to charge to fix the problems. The carpet needed to be re-stretched a month later. They don't make any effort to make customers happy I would not recommend them.

The installation couldn't have gone better. Paul and Matthew showed up on time the first day and did a great job of laying the wood. They were efficient, quiet and cleaned up beautifully. The next day, Paul and Chris installed the carpet. Again, they were on time and very organized. There was a lot of furniture to move and they did it without a problem. When they left, the rooms were back in order and the old carpet was rolled and taken away. We could not have had a more pleasant experience and we would certainly recommend Mark and his crew without reservation.

We wanted to install new floors in our home. Mark Sanders of "Floorworks" was very helpful in discussing our options. From the start he was readily available to answer questions. Once our choice was made the installation was scheduled. The crew of "Sanders Pro Flooring" was exceptional. They paid attention to every detail, worked steady each day always having such a polite attitude, continuously checking to make sure we were happy. Mark also checked in on the progress. The installation crew was on time and always cleaned up every day before leaving. They carried themselves professionally. We chose a 12mm hand-scraped laminate from "Bella Cera" for the Master bedroom, hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen and pantry including closets. They also included new quarter round on the base boards throughout the house. They moved the furniture as needed to work and paid attention not to scratch the new floor. They put back everything where it needed to go as well as hooking the washer and dryer back up for me. It looks so high end! We are getting compliments from everyone. I would highly recommend this company as they were decent in pricing, professional, and did a fantastic job with installation. I am very picky and want perfection and I have to say...they gave me just that!

He was very good. We could not find rugs we liked, he made some rugs for us. The only thing I did not like was they bound the carpet on the stairs. The binding job was very good though. They did an excellent job overall. The owner is a very nice guy to work with and he is very professional. We would use them again in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job and I have recommended them to several people. The work went great, I didn't have any problems. It was fast, they did what they said they would do and got out of my way as fast as they could do. It was done well and quickly.

The guys from Floorworks were excellent. They are very hardworking. They didn't take a lot of time. They moved everything and got everything back to the way it was. Time work in the house is very good. They only took about 4 hours to finish the job. They are a very small company but they are very good and very professional. They care about what they're doing.

We did not pursue this company after we learned they do no specialize in stone flooring.

They came right when they said they would, and did a beautiful job.

Purchasing from this store was the worst mistake we made. The hardwood flooring was put in then the carpet which they did order enough of. They pushed us to get everything installed. They only wanted more money to honor the warranty which we did not pay. So the overall experience was. What we thought was going to be a really great buy and improvement in our home turn out not to be. Everything was put in, but not to our satisfaction.

I worked with Brian at the store, he did a good job helping me figure out what the heck I wanted for hardwood and tile, so many choices. I chose tile and hardwood that was on sale that month, yay for me! Brian came out to the house quickly for the estimate, and It was no trouble getting onto the job schedule. They could have started a week later, but I was having all my trim painted as well, so the floor guys didn't start until a few weeks later. There was one glitch when I saw that they were about to lay the wrong sized tile, but that was a miscommunication between Brian and me. When we had reviewed the order together, we hadn't confirmed tile size, but after the error was caught, the correct tile was sent out the next day. I've gone through several remodeling jobs before, I consider myself obsessive about dust containment, but I underestimated how much dust there'd be from pulling up the carpet and cutting the doorjambs to fit the hardwood. I had already removed everything I could carry out of the rooms but left the bigger furniture pieces for them to move back and forth as they laid the hardwood. I should have covered that furniture, there was dust in every crevice! So be forewarned, if dust makes you crazy. The stair treads came out beautifully after all the delays, matching great with the hickory flooring. The guys were on time every day, worked a full day, and they were polite and cleaned up after themselves every day.

We called for an estimate and Mark was very quick in responding and came out to look at what we needed done. He gave us an estimate in a couple of days. After getting a few other estimates we decided to go with Floorworks. We ended up changing what we initially wanted and went with the laminate and ceramic flooring instead of all ceramic. Mark was very helpful and patient when it came down to us making our final selections. The installation was scheduled promptly and done on schedule. The installers were very polite, professional and did an outstanding job. We had some detailed tilework done in our foyer and it came out beautiful. I would highly recommend Floorworks and will use them again in the future.

The project came out perfectly, on time and on budget. I had shopped several dealers and carpenters. Wanted new floor installed to fit very closely around a brick fireplace w/o using trim, and to butt up against Mexican tile and a distressed brick flooring without using a threshold. Very exacting work. Came out beautifully.

The estimate was quick, arrival right on schedule, polite, efficient. Came back to put on some shoe molding that was missed. Easy to talk to, very professional.

Michael Anderson visited the home and gave me quotes. He was super nice, very professional, gave me the good and bad points to putting in carpet versus hardwood upstairs (future job) and advised on carpet for our master bedroom. After visiting the showroom, we arranged an installation date. The guys (3) came in on time, 2 were very surly, the other was pleasant. They moved all the furniture, fitted the carpet, moved all the big furniture back in place and vacuumed the carpet

We were very happy with the work this company did. When we built our new house, we had them lay some carpet for several other rooms in the house and they did a great job, so we used them again for this project. They did a great job installing the carpet and they made sure all the seams matched up.
