I have used Don Huckaby's Plumbing Services for years. Always professional and dependable with quality workmanship....I will continue to use them.

I have used them for 3 different projects. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I originally chose them after getting a quote on a job from 3 different companies, and they were by far the most reasonable. I recommend them frequently.

They were prompt, efficient but did have to come out and second time to repair a leak.

I came home from shopping to find water running into my garage. Not a good sign! Pipe had broken inside a wall, as a result of thawing after several days of frozen pipes. Called Huckaby; they came within an hour although the city is flooded with such problems. Located the problem, cut away a small portion of sheetrock, cut out the bursted pipe, inserted another pipe and welded it back in place. Very excellent work.

They replaced a sewer line on my property. During the excavation, they destroyed a huge oak tree and my underground sprinkler system. When I walked through the job with them I showed them the direction for them to route the sewer line to avoid damage to the tree. When the job was done, I was not there and they dug in the wrong spot destroying the tree. They rationalized their actions saying that we had signed a "digging agreement" before they began. They caused over $15,000 in damages including the loss of a beautiful tree. I would never use them again based on their unwillingness to take responsibility for their actions.

Don Huckaby Plumbing does very good work. While he was here, he gave me estimates on running a gas line for my stove and repairing a leak on a faucet outside but I have not had this work done yet.

The workers that Don Huckaby Plumbing sent to my home were very young and did not seem to know what they were doing. They came out to my home 5 times to clean the pipes and I still had gravel. They did not solve my problem and I had to hire a different company to take care of it.

Very prompt because it was during the Thanksgiving week and they were there. Price was high but I did shop for others and found Huckaby to be fair. No complaints at all about the work. I was just surprised at the cost but we know some bargains can be very expensive! I'm satisfied.

They did a good job making me feel like I could trust them when it came to making the decision to replace the water heater. They answered all of my questions and explained their services in detail. What I liked the most was that they didn't just do the work, but got my okay before going ahead. I was very satisfied.

Mr. Huckaby returned my phone call within the hour and came to my home within three hours to find and repair a leak in my plumbing. I was very happy with his work. He came at the time he said he would be there. He explained to me where the leak was and what it would cost to fix. He did the work for me. I had no cleanup when he finished his work. I did feel the work was a bit on the expensive side, but as he was so professional I hired him.

Don Huckaby Plumbing did a great job in our bathroom. They were here on time which kept us on schedule. We did the remodeling ourselves. It all looks great. They were a very professional company to work with. I would very highly recommend them to others.

It looks like the ground where they attached the pipes is wet, and I think we might have a leak. All of the yard and right at the house the dirt looks wet. I think we may not have gotten a good connection.

Everything was fine.

I liked everything about them. They were courteous, and if they weren't going to be there on time they would let you know.
