On December 20, 2023, Comfort Dynamics responded to address issues with my main water line. Upon their arrival, I warmly greeted the technician who promptly began working on the line. After a couple of hours, the technician encountered difficulty retrieving their drain snake, a situation they expressed as unusual. Seeking assistance, the technician contacted their manager, who also struggled to resolve the issue. It became apparent that the drain snake was stuck due to a possible break or shift in the pipe. On December 26, 2023, I inquired about financing options, only to find out I was ineligible. Faced with the dilemma of affording their services, I expressed my concerns to the company regarding the unresolved situation and the financial strain it placed on me. Despite ongoing communication through emails, calls, and texts over the following month, a resolution remained elusive. On January 12, 2024, the technician returned, recorded a video, and sent it to me, though it was challenging to view. My attempt to address this issue went unanswered. On January 18, 2024, I reiterated my financial constraints to the manager, questioning responsibility for the pipe's condition. Their response of matching a quote from a licensed plumber felt illogical, given the escalating plumbing problems I was experiencing. The proposed repair costs of $2800 for a spot repair or $3100 for a full line replacement seemed exorbitant, especially as my plumbing issues persisted, causing backups and functionality problems. I believe that the company should take accountability for the situation and rectify the line at no cost, considering the escalation of the plumbing issues post their initial intervention.

Basically we were charged the service fee amount + the repair amount and yet they could NOT resolve the issue .Had little knowledge on resolving the issue .Waste of time and money .Will not recommend!

They were very courteous and professional. They were well equipped and had one part in their truck and the other back at the office, which they retrieved as soon as they determined it was needed and installed very quickly. The price above includes the prepayment of the furnace inspection in the fall.

They called to tell me it was time for them to come and check my air conditioning. They're pretty reasonable. They were nice, respectable and personable. The work was done in a timely manner.

Their bid was reasonable. They did a really good job and they were on time.

Their crew of people come to my home and my rental home and my sister and daughters home twice a year and are extremely professional and do a wonderful job of keeping my units operating at peak efficiency. They had to make repairs to one of my units and found that it was still under warranty. They ordered the parts and did all the work for me for no additional charge but for a small installation fee. They are just wonderful to deal with and family owned also which makes it even better.

Munford Heat and Air is a highly professional company and deal with the customer honestly and fairly.

I have done business with this company for over 15 years. Always professional, competent and reasonably priced and this time it was no different. Called when I noticed water leaking from my A/C unit in the attic and they came out to inspect it within 2 hours of the call. After assessing the situation they took measurements, ordered the part and told me that they would return the following morning to complete the repair. The next morning they returned - on time - with the part and within 2 hours they had completed the job. The A/C cools better than it has in the last 5 years! They cleaned up the work area, explained the charges and thanked me for my business. I was once again impressed! I would highly recommend Munford Heating and Air to anyone in need of A/C repair and will continue to do business with them in the future.

My service tech was Daniel of Munford Heating and Air.....Daniel arrived in the morning presented himself in a professional manner and proceeded to the outside unit...He throughly cleaned and inspected the unit. This included removing the fan and attached grill in order to clean the unit from the inside out with cleaning foam and hosed out all the dirt and junk from inside, then he cleaned and hosed the outside of the unit..He then checked the coolant charge,voltages and connections etc. Next he went to the attic to check blower motor, duct work, air return and filter...he than cleaned out A/C drain with bleach and water eliminating any chance for mold build up..Next he checked the inside wall thermostst and ran the unit checking temps at different registers ....after being satisfied with results he said we were ready for any 100 degree days. Daniel was very knowledgeable, professional and expedient, additionally he was careful not to make or leave any mess. Overall I was extremely impressed and satisfyed with the work performed...I purchased a service/maintenance contract for future peace of mind. Thanks Munford Heat and Air for a job well done!

He was the only one around that knew about Mitsubishi and he is a member of the Better Business Bureau. He also gave a military discount. They were excellent.

They are honest, efficient and do good work. They are very responsive; if you have a problem they get to you pretty quick. I will use them again in the future.
