CLEANING AUTHORITY

I just thought they were OK. They didn't clean real thoroughly.

They do a mediocre job at best. We have contacted the company more than once about the quality of service. Currently just continuing with the service until another company is found. A rotation list is provided most of the time with the rotation schedule- what was cleaned today and what will be cleaned on the next rotation. It is usually a given that they miss more than one area on the rotation each time - just a surprise as to what it will be .

Cleaned my house but missed light fixtures etc. Didn't move things to dust under them including rugs. They may dust a table but then leave a clock radio on top of the table caked with dust. They don't dust nick naks. They would also miss whole rooms and I would have to call to get them back out and when they came back out did not have a good attitude. Then forget a different room the next time. I used this company for several months giving them chance after chance thinking it would get better after talking to manager but it didn't. I since found a new person to clean my house and haven't had any trouble.

I have a 3200 sqf home, but one large room is inaccessible due to most of our unpacked boxes from our move are still being stored in there. I was quoted $360 for the initial deep cleaning and then $130 for each cleaning afterwards. The deep clean was unimpressive; the house looked cleaner, but not any different from a regular cleaning. Maybe it was due to our home being left very clean by the previous owners. I decided to try this company out, because it had a rotation schedule that would assure the baseboards, window sills, and knick-knacks would be cleaned too. I used the service for about three months before cancelling. The cleaning was spotty: some baseboards got cleaned, but not all; the window sills were never touched even after I pointed it out; anything on the carpet close to the baseboards would not get vacuumed up. My family even made a bet as to when the dead beetle next to a baseboard would finally get vacuumed up. Alas, I ended up removing it after I cancelled the service. They apparently don't do cobwebs or under couches and loveseats. The rug pads are left sticking out from under the rugs. I have glass display cases atop my dresser. The dresser will get dusted, but the case tops never got dusted. Someone from the company's quality assurance pops in during the cleaning to check on the work and "make suggestions". She never comes to check the end results, which would be more fruitful, in my opinion. The crew were not unfriendly, but most of them kept glum expressions that made my husband and me feel uncomfortable.

I discontinued them this month because I didn't like getting different people all the time. They had some people that I would have kept and some people did a good job. I was gone on vacation and when I got back I got different people and they were not familiar with my house and they didn't do a good job. I decided that if I had to go through different people all the time, I wouldn't use them. They have some good people and some trainees that are not that good at their job. I did keep them for a while because it was better than me having to do it.

I hired this company because their literature said that they had a cleaning system that kept the house cleaner. They came out on several different occasions. The first time they did a deep clean and there were 3 people at the house for 2 hours (one of whom spent most of the time on his cellphone). They cleaned well enough, but did not reset the things they moved to dust. Each of the subsequent times, a crew of 2 was at the house for less than an hour, and after they left I found areas that were not cleaned. After each visit, I requested a different crew hoping that I could find a group that could do a good job, but to no avail. I saw no evidence of this "system" they claim to use. Additionally, they only give you an approximate arrival time - the first crew arrived over an hour past that time and the other crews arrived up to an hour before the approximate time. They left me unimpressed and back to cleaning my house myself.
