Went to showroom and looked at options. Scheduled a appointment. Allen came out took measurements and placed our order. Door and windows where installed about 5 weeks later. Allen and his crew completed installation in one day and cleaned up after themselves. Everything looks great and I am very happy with everything.

It went perfectly. I heard from the owner himself. He came over to assess the damage, he was also there at the install. The installers were early and did a great job. I was thoroughly impressed and would not hire anyone else to replace a window in the future.

We cannot say enough great comments about the professionalism of both companies, as well as, the quality and beauty of our new door. We chose the Perkins Mediterranean styled Arch-in-door for our double front door and could not be happier! Although we loved our current front door, we were looking to add additional security features. This new door is gorgeous from the inside and outside. It has completely transformed the look of our home. We chose the features that allow the windows to open to a screen for fresh air, additional sunlight, and easy cleaning of the windows. The door is extremely heavy and well-designed with superb quality. Each step of the process was exactly as explained and well executed. Again, we could not be happier with the results. If you are on the fence... DO IT! You absolutely will not regret it!

We had contacted several window and door companies about replacing a 9 foot wide patio door. Allen came out to our house and spent a couple of hours with my wife and me about what to do and what our options were. I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism I called the other two door companies and cancelled their appointments. Allen Cheek is the ultimate professional and as we found out later, a true perfectionist. After our meeting at the house he gave us a schedule of how long it would take to order and receive the door, how long it would take to install, and what we would need to do. I felt so comfortable with what he was going to do when it came time to do all the work he was given a key to the house and we all went to work. The new patio door and all the work around our front door was perfect. I could not be any happier. If you need a door or windows replaced and you don't use Beau Maison you are making a terrible mistake. I wish there was some grade higher than A that I could give this man and his company. Thank you a million times over Allen!!!!!

We are EXTREMELY satisfied and definitely recommend. Reason for this rating can be summed up in 2 points: 1) We were listened to, and 2) our house was treated like we wanted it to be treated. Allen came to the house to see and take measurements for estimating the job. He was flexible in his schedule (as ours is not) and called the day prior to check that our schedule had not changed. We got estimates from other providers and chose Beau Maison because Allen LISTENED to what our concerns and needs were and provided information and options that allowed us to decide what best fit our needs. There was no pressure to buy. It was also helpful to go to the show room to see the doors and functions. There are cutaway samples of door construction and examples of door types and lock finishes. (We had been considering added a retracting/rollup screen but was shown that based on how it operates - it would not be appropriate for preventing pets from getting out.) The doors were ordered and Allen called to confirm installation date a couple of days prior. The day the doors were installed, protection was put down on the floors. Also, if anything (ie the door) had to be leaned up against a wall temporarily, we noticed that padding was put between it and the wall - this is HUGE - as other contractors we have had created touch up work for us. At the end of the day, everything was cleaned up and vacuumed. THANK YOU. The attention to detail was wonderful. Allen made sure that the door handles and locks were not just installed but installed right - he ensured that there was no slop in the latching and that the deadbolts operated smoothly. He even dealt with some issues on the doors we did not replace so that the new locks worked right. The curtains and blinds were removed and reinstalled with care. He even modified the curtain brackets for us so that the drilled holes for them were where we wanted them. We have indoor pets. Allen was very considerate of this even though it impacted his work. As work was being done, the doorway was monitored and if Allen had to go to his truck, he made sure the door was closed. None of our pets got out. THANK YOU for caring about what we care about. The doors look and function great, and actually come with touch up paint. The caulking all matches and we noted how well the insulation around the door was done (which was one of the main reasons for the replacement). The doors and the locks have a transferrable warrantee and a finish that is guaranteed not to weather. We would definitely use Beau Maison again for any door or window replacements. (Too bad they do not do door floors or other work :) )

We had Beau Maison replace all of our windows and install a new front and storm door. Allan did a great job installing the doors; which look great! Bruce, Brian, and Tim did a great job on the windows. But the best thing about the installation process was everyone's attention to the smallest detail....it is second to none! Thank you!

We had a company (Nu-Prime of Memphis) take out our back door and botched putting in a replacement. Beau Maison came and put in a temporary door until the new one arrived. No extra charge. Excellent job!

Excellent! On time, on budget, even cleaned up after themselves so well you couldn't tell they had been there at our house. Sales manager did a final walk-through with us to make sure we were satisfied & pleased.

They scheduled the work to make it easy on my personal schedule, showed up on time and completed the job in one day, even though it took a long day. The job was done professionally, with excellent craftsmanship. The entire area was left clean and tidy. I would definitely use them again

Allen, owner & sales manager, was very professional. Explained all options and did no pressure to buy anything. Installation crew was on time each day, very experienced and did not stop until everything was done right and met my expectations.

I called to request that Mr. Cheek stop by as he had offered initially. After such a long period of time since the installation, I hesitated to call, but he insisted that I do so if I had any problem whatsoever with the sliding screen door. I requested that he stop by at his convenience when he might be in the neighborhood. He called to set up a meeting on the same day that I requested service. That immediate response and interest in my home's maintenance are reasons to use this wonderful company with impeccable service.

The owner came to my house to give me an estimate to replace my front door. He showed me all my options on his computer. He made suggestions but let me make all the decisions. When we were done, I saw, on his computer, exactly what my front door was going to look like. The door was ordered and installed in a timely manner. The install was done quickly and professionally. The owner came to our home and we sat down and were able to pretty much design our own door. He had several samples with him to help with our decisions on colors, texture, glass and even panel choices. The door had to be made and when he received the door we were called to set a time for installation. They were prompt and very professional. They did everything possible to keep from making a mess and cleaned up after they were finished. I wouldn't have known they were here except I had the most beautiful front door! Prior to this purchase, we looked at several other dealers and no one came even close to Beau Maison's quality, professionalism, and responsiveness. Allen came out took precise measurments, observed the condition of wood and door jambs, and shared his expertise while providing us with many different options. The quality of the products he sells are second to none and well worth the value you get over the inferior doors you see in the large chain home improvement stores. The doors we purchased came with lifetime warranties. After selecting the exact doors and accompanying hardware, Allen made arrangements to have all the locks keyed the same for us, and we placed the custom order. We scheduled a date for installation, and everything was handled just as Allen had promised. They doors were installed professionally, and Allen is meticulous about doing quality work so you get someone that does exactly what they say. We also liked the fact that Allen took the extra time to make several adjustments to our existing wood doors to improve their function at no charge. We have some other door/window work on our home that we plan to tackle later this year so we definitely plan to do business with Beau Maison in the future!

The doors were ordered and installed and my wife and I are extremely pleased with the entire transaction. The doors are a very large upgrade from what we originally had in our home. The installation was straight forward, all being completed in 1 day (6 doors).
