 + -1 moreHe billed me for things I hadn't requested. He completed the work and then attempted to over charge me. I felt he was dishonest. My daughter let him know we would not be working with him again in the future. He wasn't able to provide an itemized bill. I don't understand why he would complete other projects without checking with me first. He didn't even complete one of the projects I requested, and hasn't returned to follow up.
Description of Work: I contacted him to open my irrigation for the Spring.
