Called Choice Warranty about malfunction of air conditioner in rental house. They assigned Arctic Heating, Cooling & Air who responded that day. Had to order parts and were back the next day and repaired unit. Were responsive, courteous and professional. Air seems to be functioning well and tenants are pleased.

The plumber cheerfully replaced the valves with parts that I had bought while his assistant helped the Vietnam Vets driver load his truck with items that we had donated. We did not ask him to do this, he volunteered. Note that we had used Arctic twice before.

They were not selected to provide an estimate for my HVAC project

It was very hot and my tenants were burning up, and they were very prompt in coming out. He came out almost instantly and got the air back on for us, and then he came back two days later just to check and make sure that everything was going okay. I thought that was really good.

They replaced a capacitor, and, the next day, the A/C quit working. They came back out to find that the fan motor had quit working. They had to track down a fan motor and then came to replace it. Overall, they did good work, and I believe that they did not cause the fan motor to quit, as some suspected. I do find them a little bit pricey, but you do get what you pay for.

They've done a great job, but they are way to expensive. I think I got goudged. They charged me way too much per hour. They've done some good work for me. He was very professional. When he handed me the invoice, I was quite floored. It's a great company, but they are way to expensive.

They were right on time, did the work without interfering in what I was doing at the time.

They called ahead to make sure I was home; arrived on time, performed the maintenance exactly as they said they would, gave me recommendations on how to keep it working right. They did exactly what I asked for at a reasonable price.

Our new unit was not working right, so I called and they even came out to service it on the weekend. They opened it up, cleaned it and got it to working properly. I appreciated the fact that they were willing to come out on the weekend to fix it. The workers were friendly and they did good work. I paid them $400 to have it serviced, because I only bought a 1 year service agreement and it had already been over a year. I am not sure what the actual price was, because I had a fire in my house and it had to be completely gutted and remodeled, so I used a general contractor and they subcontracted the work for the new unit. The price was included in the total amount that I paid the contractor.

We purchased our house partially renovated by the previous owners who had already paid Artic. The work was partially completed when we purchased the house. The work that was performed after the purchase and before, for that matter, was primarily excellent and everything works to our satisfaction. They have made several service calls for little things since they were here, all covered under a 5 year warranty at no cost to us. We have never had any problems with these guys or their work. I recommend Artic.

I am very pleased with my unit. It works great and I have no problems with it at all. I was very pleased with the men that had come out. They were very talkative and explained as they went along. I feel they did extremely well installing this unit. I signed an agreement to have them come back two times a year just to do a check up on the system. I am not disappointed into he least.

Our new system works great. It was overflowing and getting our ceiling wet but they came back right away after I called to take care of it. I was very happy with the service. The cost was included in my contractor s bill. Most was covered by insurance. I would recommend this company to others.

I was happy with the work performed by them. It is all working well. They were here as scheduled. Everything went according to plan. The workers were easy to deal with. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. The cost for their work was included in the addition price.

Our new air conditioner works really well and I love how much our cooling bills have decreased since we had it installed. The two guys who came to install it were really nice and got it put in and ready to use in just two hours.

These guys were just wonderful. They were actually the only company that did what they were supposed to do for me. My system works just fine. Actually, this is the only area where I am not having any troubles. They were the nicest workers. I feel they really took care of me to help get me back in my home. My insurance paid them and I just paid the deductible.
