We used Amy's to pack and load a moving van for a home move. Their crew showed up early, worked hard, offered many helpful suggestions on unloading, and left everything spotless. Great people! Great price! Great service! You couldn't find a better company to use.

These guys were great and I will use them again when I finish Grad school and UNload my POD! Very punctual and also great at giving moving advice. They were quick and took care of all my antiques. I provided the rope and they made sure my belongings were secure in the POD for moving purposes. I highly recommend using Amy and her team!

Called office to get quote about a month before move. Girl that gave company info was very polite and professional. I informed her I would need movers for furniture and large items(washer, dryer, refrig). She recommended 3 men, two would do the moving and one for loading truck. Ended up being a very good idea, huge time saver with extra man loading. On moving day movers arrived at my house about 2 hours late due to mechanical problem with truck. No big deal, actually gave me more time to disassemble beds, washer, dryer, etc. When movers showed up they got to work right away. Had house cleared out in less than one and half hours, took about 30mins to finish loading truck. After a short lunch break and drive to my new house, movers showed up in less than an hour of leaving old location. Move into new house went fast, took less than 2 hours. Had the guys help me set up a few items and off they went. All in all very pleased with service. Total time paid for was 4 hrs 25mins.

I had a window between 12-5pm. Amy called me about 1 and said the guys were finished with the first job, they would stop to get a quick bite and be heading my way. John, Kyle and John showed up about 2pm. They were all polite, wouldn't let me do anything and wasted no time. They got the items from the house then we headed to the storage unit, they loaded all that was in the unit and then headed to my new house. They were on the ball the whole time. Nice, friendly and I would highly recommend Affordable Movers.

John and Jay were terrific. They came with smiles on their faces ready to jump in and get the job done. They unloaded each item carefully and efficiently and placed all the boxes in their proper locations. They even swapped out some furniture for us from a different area of the house. They got the job done within our time slot with everything placed in its proper spot. We could not have asked for a better team to help us get our home back together after having had our floors refinished. All of this was done with good humor, great manners and an eagerness to please. We will definitely refer Affordable Moving in the future.

Arrangements were made with Affordable Moving approximately 7 - 10 days before closing. Originally, we scheduled to move for the actual closing date and then panicked! We called again and rescheduled for the day before. They tell you they will arrive at 8:30, but it's a spread between 8:30-9:30. About 9:20 we called and that was just about the time the Ryder truck showed up. They sent two men and they were very fast! They had to park on the street because the drive way was too narrow. Made for extra work for them. They had the entire house moved in 2 hours! I was amazed. This included: a huge breakfront buffet, double layered to the ceiling, a large heavy french clothing dresser, and a heavy entertainment center. As well as three couches, bed sets, dressers, chairs, 2 sets of patio furniture, dining room table, couch table and rugs. They do not move t.v.'s. They were fast and respectful. They wrapped and covered. I thought they were very professional. I recommend Affordable Moving and would definitely use them again.

I was moving into a new office space and needed new furniture; just enough to not fit in a pickup truck but it wasn't like moving an entire house either. The men met me at the store, carried everything out to the truck, and drove it straight to my new office. They were very polite and concerned to get everything just where I needed it. Amy called to make sure everything went well and was to my satisfaction.There is a lot going on when opening a new business office and Affordable Moving made one piece of it very simply for me. I really appreciated it.

This was the best moving experience I ever had. I called around shopping prices thinking that all moving companies were the same and boy was I wrong! Every other moving company I called just gave me some random rates and were not very friendly. When I called Affordable Moving a very nice women answered and not only gave me rates but gave me a lot of information. She had a company deliver moving boxes right to my front door cheaper than I could buy anywhere! She also gave me some numbers of past clients as references and showed me all of their positive reviews online! She also showed me they are members of the BBB with a high rating. When I went back and checked every other moving company in the area there was a lot of bad reviews and Affordable Moving was the highest rated by far. When they came out to move me they were on time and moved fast. They sent out four guys who were clean cut and very polite! All I had to do was tell them where I wanted the furniture and they did the rest. They thoroughly wrapped and protected all of my furniture and even placed pads on my door frames to prevent damages!! I mean I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful moving experience! I shared their name and number with a few co-workers and friends and I highly recommend them. If you need anything moved they are the ones to call!
