+ -1 moreWe got an estimate in late April and negotiated a start time in early May. Work started in late May. Contractor did a little here and a little there for over 3 months, during which he decided to take a 2 week vacation. Work was sporadic at best. We are currently seeking legal action against this company for material breach of contract and conversion and violations of the Tennessee Consumer Protections Act.
Description of Work: We hired this company to do an assortment of home renovations: installing a cook top, blinds, awnings, vent hood, fold-down table, circuit breaker box, power monitor, etc.

+ 1 moreThe vendor did not complete to project and took all of the money. He refused to make final contact to resolve the situation. I am in the process of retaining an attorney to deal with this vendor and get the funds refunded for the completion of the project by another vendor.
Description of Work: The provider contracted to build a wall in a great room with electrical boxes and conduit in agreed upon locations. He built the wall. He painted the wall. He cleaned up the room after he stopped working.
