+ -1 moreSurgery with paperwork on 2 acres in Clay County TN for $2400. Nice lady at front desk. Crew explained property survey on site took 5 hours. I'm a disabled Marine combat veteran so a little pricey for me but I guess that's normal for survey.

+ -1 moreThey provided a Boundary Survey with Legal Descriptions (3 copies), on time as promised. I only spoke with their administrator and she was wonderful. I didn't think of it at the time and now that we are in the 21st century, I should have brought a thumb drive with me and had the survey map scanned.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. We kept in touch by telephone throughout the process. The surveyor even took me out to the site following completion so that I could see exactly where the land was.
Description of Work: Surveyed over 86 acres of heavily wooden, rugged terrain rural land.
