+ -1 moreHe came in and located the leak. The unit was empty of gas. He filled it as we knew it was a very slow leak. This allowed it to work while he ordered the leak stop kit. He told me it would be 4 days before it came in, and he called 4 days later and set the appointment to come put in the leak stop. He came out on a Saturday to do this. He also was on time, and very professional during his visit. The leak stop worked and there has been no issues with the unit.
Description of Work: I had an AC unit not cooling. The unit had a leak in the "A" coil. This leak was not where it could be soldered back. I had 2 choices, replace the unit, as it was out of warranty, or try to use some leak stop. As he told me the leak was small, and to save money he thought the leak stop would work.

+ -1 moreThe owner is Russell Watts. He is honest and upfront. After he had worked on it, there was something wrong and it wouldn't come on. He actually came out and fixed that for free. I would use him again.
Description of Work: I use Watts for heating and cooling. They were last here to rebuild my air conditioner unit. They had to replace a lot of parts. They went around the house to check all the ductwork. There was something wrong with the furnace side. He cleaned it and the air conditioner side of it.
