+ -1 moreTOTALLY UNRELIABLE. Would not even call back. Obviously didn't want the job or couldn't do the job. But didn't even have the honesty to say no. We wasted TWO MONTHS of our time. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!!!! DON'T BOTHER GETTING AN ESTIMATE - THEY WON'T GET BACK WITH YOU!!!!!
Description of Work: We asked them to come to our home for an estimate to install in-floor hydronic heating. They came to look at job, did not even come inside the house, and said they would contact us with an estimate within a few days.. We waited one MONTH. Finally we started calling them. Every time we called, we were told the owner, Eddie Gaw II, was not available. Also were told that no one else could help us with the estimate. Over the next month we made two separate appointments to talk with him. Both of the appointments were cancelled by a secretary within an hour of meet time. Flimsy excuses given. Owner never called us.
