Ultra Clean

The general cleaning was less than satisfactory. It looked and smelled clean upon quick walk through following services, but upon deeper inspection many things that were in our signed contract were not completed. I walked through the house barefoot later that day, after what was supposed to be a deep cleaning and the bottoms of my feet were black from the filth. Windows and fans were not cleaned whatsoever. Additionally, one of my special order blinds was broken by the service provider. I corresponded with Bryan about the incident and he assured me I would receive a refund via mailed check to the service address. After nearly 6 months with no refund and lack of further respites from this company, I have no other choice but to review them poorly. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
