+ -1 moreWe have remodelled 3 houses in the Center Hill Lake area. Shanan has worked on all of them for us. She came out and did the review of the original house for us and gave us an all inclusive quote for the work including removing wallpaper, repairing damaged drywall and painting walls and trim. She provided all her own brushes and we provided the paint. She was also able to do some additional work that we decided to do. The only negative was that sometimes she did not show up when she was scheduled, but she did finish the job and it looks great.
Description of Work: Shanan has done several painting jobs for us. She will bid the complete job for you or also will work by the hour if you have a smaller job. Shanan does Interior painting and preparation, removes wallpaper, sands and finishes log walls, and also has pickled some log walls and woodwork for me. She repairs any damage in the drywall before she paints. Shanan takes a lot of pride in her work and does a great job. We will definitely use her in the future.
