He didn't call like he said he would. After I called, he returned my call too late to do the job that day and said he totally forgot. .

I talked to him this morning about our problem. He said he had his equipment and would be willing to come ASAP. He quoted a price and was super friendly! This guy had our problem fixed within a couple of hours, when we had been waiting for someone to come fix it for a couple months now. Flushing like a dream. Scott is a super knowledgeable, likeable guy. Our dog also loved him.

A is not high enough to rate this business! I have used Pyburn Plumbing and Septic for over 15 years, and he has always provided excellent, quality work. He is reliable, knowledgeable, punctual, and reasonable in cost. I rely completely on Scott and his company to take care of any plumbing or septic issues I have. I highly, highly recommend him!!!
