Showed up late, charged us for doing nothing and would not tell us they did not do what we needed done until they showed up and charged us knowing they wouldn't do the job. Very very irritated and feel like they took advantage of us... I feel that they took advantage of my wife... They new they could not do the job when we spoke to them on the phonen but insisted they come out anyway to collect a fee... Would not recommend. He arrived when he said he would. He not only fixed the leak, but replaced the wood flooring. We would gladly use his company again!!!!

Garry was punctual, had great communication, offered honest service with very fair prices, and totally solve the problem! I was expecting to pay hundreds of dollars and spend most of my day dealing with the problem, but he fixed the issue with 100% satisfaction for a fantastic price in minimal time.

Gary is always top notch in his work. At the moment the job isn't complete (waiting on parts) but the work that is done is excellent. I've done business with him several times and he is always on time, knows what he is doing and makes sure I understand what he is doing.

There wasn't, but we discussed several possible plumbing improvements for my home in the future. Since I moved to this area 6 years ago, I have used Gary for numerous plumbing jobs, both due to immediate need or just preventive maintenance. All jobs have been done professionally without the need of any callbacks. He always tells you up front exactly what the cost will be, and of any potential problems he may encounter during the job. When I also needed an electrician after moving to the area, he recommended a person who also provided the same quick and excellent service for me, as he did.

I called them and they were very friendly on the phone. I told them what I need to have done and scheduled my appointment. The Technician's showed up on time. They were uniformed, clean cut and very friendly when they arrived. I showed them what I needed to have done and they knocked it out in a jiffy. I told them about some hot water heater concerns I had while they were there and they were able to give me accurate advice to adjust a thermostat on the unit and it didn't cost me any extra. The price for the work was more than fair and I will definitely use Putnam Plumbing again.

Gary has been our plumber for several years. We have to pump water about a mile uphill. We had several issues until Gary addressed them and no problems since.

Service was done as quoted in a timely fashion.

Garry has been our go-to guy since we moved here a couple of years ago- He responds via text immediately and is always here as soon as he can get here. We have used Putnam Plumbing for several things, and his pricing is very fair. The best thing about Garry is his level of integrity. Some plumbing companies see opportunity to charge in every room. Garry is the first one to tell you that something doesn't need to be fixed, a true man of his word. He does great work, and doesn't over charge in what can be a desperate situation. I would highly recommend Garry The Plumber and his awesome team.

Garry had to lay, horizontally, in sewage water and separate the pipe. He had to cut it, resulting in splashing sewage around a bit (on us) and then he had to dig sewage and dirt from under the pipe with hand tools, while laying in sewage, and having sewage splash around. This was a dirty and gross job. But Garry had a great attitude. We were able to laugh our way through it. He used Fernco reduction couplers, some PVC, and some muscle to make the junction the correct way. The Fernco couplers are considered a permanent install and until I can address the 50 year-old plumbing as a whole, this was the best outcome I could have hoped for. Additionally, I would not lay in someone else's sewage for a penny less than $150. I feel that Garry went out of his way to help me out. He could have made more money on a different job, but he chose to stay with it until it was complete. He completed it the right way. He did not over-charge me. A homeowner cannot ask for a better experience from a plumber. Thumbs Up! Recommend.
