+ -1 moreWhen I called Harold from Pioneer, I was at such a point of frustration because our remotes didn't work, we had a projection tv that was broken and outdated, our internet service couldn't handle the demands of my family (we didn't have enough bandwidth). The previous person we used for these services was incompetent, unavailable, and just awful! When I found Harold I called and he was immediately available to come to my house for a consultation to assess our needs. I was amazed at how easy he made everything for us. He was a breath of fresh air! I had a written estimate for services, his people were available any time I had a question, the professionalism is consistent with every employee. They completely updated our two systems with new receivers, a new television, they made it possible for us to have internet service that is now reliable and consistent without dropping and causing tremendous frustration. I could not give Pioneer Communications a higher review. They are such a pleasure to deal with in every way. They are knowledgeable and up to date on all of the technical stuff, but they are so pleasant, professional and available when you need them. Give them a call for all of your technical needs.
Description of Work: Harold, Josh and the team completely upgraded and installed and programmed new receivers and a remote control system. They installed a top of the line television (85inch), helped me find the best price for that tv and helped me to decide on the best tv for our family's needs. They assisted our internet provider in upgrading our service capabilities. Pioneer was instrumental in communicating with Frontier Communications to get the service that I wouldn't even know how to communicate to Frontier Communications.
