I called him last year and he did come to the house but never gave me a estimate and he blamed it on Covid and the price of materials as to what was taking so long. I did try to give him another chance a year later hoping that he would be honest enough with me. But to my dismay he lied to me and said that he would be over and look at the new work that needed to be done but just like last year he did not even have the courtesy of calling me to let me know he was not going to be here. I would not waste your time with this guy. And that is a shame because he seems like a really nice guy.

We were extremely satisfied with the remodeling done. The work was performed very professionally. Always the workers were courteous and up to letting us change some unforeseen things along the way. Thank you for providing us with a "new house".

Very satisfied. Roof was completed in one day. Took a few more trips to complete the inside work where the skylight was removed. Looks good. Good overall experience - we will use them again.

I hired Peter Andrews Remodeling Home & Yard Maintenance to do a series of important exterior projects outside my home. Pete displayed a high degree of competency and reliability – the combination of which is often rare. The work involved removal of heavily embedded flagstone trapped by years of overgrowth, as well as replacing an outdoor faucet that had been damaged by expanding ice over the previous winter. Because of the location and extent of the project, both jobs involved a great deal of work and on-the-fly problem-solving. Pete finished the project in a timely, highly professional, workmanlike manner and his prices were very fair. It’s about honesty and integrity. All in all, I couldn’t have been more pleased and will be calling on Pete and his great company for more projects down the road.

The replacement siding looks brand new. Pete and his crew did a great job. I'll be hiring them again.

I called Pete and he came out that night since I thought it was a foundation issue. He could see no obvious issues but saw the problems in the doors. He stayed till he found the problem. We were on a time crunch because we were going out of town. Since it was an emergency job Peter and his team worked late for 2 days and got the job done. I am extremely happy with the finished project. They were very personable and explained everything well. Can't wait to have them back for remodeling!

He communicates with the customer very well about the project and is up front about costs and any options you have to keep it in budget. I am very pleased with the appearance of the roof and the deck in general. Even after it was done and I did not have the shingles up yet, he and two of this guys came out late one night to help get it covered with tarp as a "pop up" storm was on its way.

We could not be happier with the repair work done by Peter Andrews Remodeling! Peter and crew did a ceiling repair in our master bathroom where pieces of sheet rock had fallen from the rafters in our attic and broke through the bathroom ceiling in two areas. Everything from the appraisal to the finished job went exactly as they had indicated it would. They were knowledgeable about what needed to be done; were on the job when they said they would be; worked efficiently and neatly; cleaning up after every phase and finished the job in the timeframe they initially provided. They definitely go the extra mile and pay attention to the tiniest of details. They didn’t just do the repairs, but they also recaulked the entire crown molding and cleaned the ceiling vent fan. The ceiling looks better than it ever did! To say we were thrilled to find a contractor of this caliber is an understatement! We have other jobs for them!

I called on Monday. Peter made an appointment for Tuesday morning. They did not honor that appointment. They did not come on Wednesday. No call either day. Thursday was a holiday. I called on Friday morning. Peter said he would call his helper and call me back to set up another appointment. He did not call me back.

Pete and his team did an excellent job. The job was a difficult one due to where the deteriorating structure was located. Pete and his team preserved our hardwood floors which made his task more difficult. We greatly appreciated their professionalism and hard work.

They showed up as scheduled with Peter and 2 others. Everything was done very well. We are pleased with the work quality. We plan to use them again for any future renovation needs!

In 30 years of being in property management it was refreshing to have competent and skilled workers. Pete covered all the items in a timely fashion and accomplished tasks that others could not figure out. An positive experience like this was why I joined Angie's list.

I got the original estimates from Pete Andrews over the phone. I was impressed with Pete's personality and enthusiasm right from the first conversation. His wife, Tia does the estimates for landscaping and mowing and he does the handyman and remodeling estimates. Since my first concern was mowing my huge property (lots of tree roots and hills), I met Tia first and what a pleasant experience that was. She gave me a good estimate, then mowed the yard the first time, and after a friend of mine looked at the property to provide a competitive bid (way too big a job for him to do part time), we agreed on a very good price of $80 every 2 weeks for about 2 acres of mowing with me providing the trim work on the hilly sections that the mower couldn't reach. We also got an estimate for landscaping the trees from Tia. When the day came to deliver the materials and start the work, Tia and her crew (and Pete) were on time and ready to go (even though the people they sub-contracted for the dirt and mulch left them hanging and they quickly handled the situation and got the materials from another source). When they promise you something, THEY DELIVER! Very impressed with their professionalism. They completed the work on-time and it looked great. While the landscaping was going on, we discovered that two light fixtures were not working and asked Pete to see what was wrong. He discovered the problem and changed the two light fixtures for just over $100 and they work great. If you want a great experience, give Pete Andrews Remodeling and Lawn Maintenance a call. They are honest, professional, and some of the nicest folks you would ever like to meet. We look forward to working with them in the future on other projects we have planned for our home.

I can't say enough good things about Pete and his crew. They worked long hours and Saturdays to get my project done very quickly - despite some unavoidable weather delays. Because he was able to do most of the work himself (he subbed the carpeting to Lowes and I contracted the HVAC) there were no delays and the costs were extremely reasonable. The quality of the work and the materials was very good. Pete was very responsive when there were issues or questions and checked with me in the evenings about questions or to check work to date. He and his crew were polite - did what they said they would WHEN they said they would - and cleaned up (sweep and/or vacuum) EVERY.DAY. I couldn't be happier with the results and the pride he takes in his work and his desire to more than satisfy the customer is very much a part of his work ethic. We've already discussed future projects. : ) If you're lucky enough to get on Pete's waiting list, you won't be disappointed.

Pete replied to my first inquiry e-mail overnight, and made arrangements to inspect the problems with the roof for two work days from then. After a 10-day weather-related delay, he e-mailed me and made an appointment for the next day, for which he arrived at the agreed-upon time. He repaired the roof problem within 3 hours, and I asked him to have a listen to what I thought was a running commode. But I couldn't locate where the leak was coming from. After a thorough inspection, he decided to go under the house to see if there was an obvious leak. There was - an "elbow" in the incoming water line was leaking like the proverbial sieve. Pete repaired that leak, too, and we agreed I'd call him if anything else came up. Well, something else DID come up - the very next day. The commode which had been worked on was making a loud noise, which sounded like a freight train roaring under the house, and lasted about 5 seconds after the commode re-filled after a flush. To say this was annoying is to say not enough; I thought I had a super large problem. I called Pete the next morning, described the problem, and he said he'd be over before 6:00 pm. He arrived promptly, listened to the problem, and then replaced 2 valves. The sound is gone, and the commode works just fine. Pete has done everything he said he would do, and in a timely manner. His rates are very reasonable, and he verifies both the need for, and the results of, repairs with photos; furthermore, he explains the photos in detail so that everybody understands what needs to be done, and why, Finally, Pete is a meticulous worker and cleans up the work area when he finishes. He is a very personable man who seems to care not only about his clients and their needs, but also about performing quality work at a very fair and reasonable price.

He is very thorough and he wasn't satisfied the way it turned out so he is going to redo it. I have booked him for another job.

Peter and his partner, Ris--arrived within 15 minutes of arranged time. Got right to work. Peter showed me pixs of the damage of roof and gutter and when they were finished that same day, showed me pixs of the finished product. Both men werre friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Peter talked gently with my frail Mother instead of ignoring her has other folks usually do. She enjoyed his attention. The gutter was attached back to the house by hinges and the entire job was done professional and quickly, and efficently. I have already recommended his service to another friend of mine and to my insurance company who was looking for an honest and reasonable company like Peter Anderson's company, He can do anything needed to a house from top to bottom, front and rear and is very pleasant to work with. I definitely will call him back for some other repairs I need fixing when I get the money. He worked with me on financing this job or I could never have had the roof replaced for months from now.
