I bought the washer and dryer with the installation equipments on July 2nd. Still waiting on the delivery and installation. It was scheduled to deliver on Friday July 8 and waited all day Friday and call the store they said it is delayed and will be delivered on Saturday the 9th so waited all day and called couple times to the store and they transferred to the delivery one time the call end up being playing a manual and not responding to any selections they have, one time could contact the delivery section and they confirm it will deliver on Saturday. So I waited and call again by the end of the day as still not delivered to me. Then they transferred me to the delivery section and then delivery section transferred to the warehouse, no one get the call or the manual not responded to me, keep repeating the recording and ask me to select 1 for Bla Bla Bla but none of the selections responded and keep repeating the selection recording. So I tried call on today Sunday to the store and then pro desk, they saying now they can find my records of the bill but no access to the deliveries are handlings by some other company and try to give me a number. I said I already transferred to the delivery section which they said they don’t have access to the the delivery details and transferred to the warehouse once that call does not connected once they transferred ( 2 times). They simply passing the call to different sections and the problem is not solving and it is scary that one time they said they don’t have access to the order once they pass to the delivery which is insane. I bought the washer dryer with delivery and installation as they said, they will deliver and install when I bought all the equipment from them. Now I am not sure what should I do? Who I am going to trust here. Is this America? Or somewhere else? Now I am waiting on a call the lady said she will contact me back in a couple minutes and now almost 90 minutes passed. I am going to wait bit more and as one time she said someone will be contact me in about an hour on this. So waiting

Purchased merchandise at local store. Had a scheduling problem because we need the work completed within 7 days. Lowe's met the requested date even though it was inside of normal scheduling. Vinyl was approximated 35' in length and 15' in width covering 3 separate areas including a separate room. Installer completed the effort without a single seam. Installer had to make repairs to the subfloor which was not included in the original work plan. Perfect job.
