Walter showed up with help, very professional looking and with a lift on his van. The house hadn't been washed in 6+ years and was very dirty, including heavy mildew on the north side of the house and shed. Power washing would not have cleaned the vinyl siding, only hand washing could do the job. I'm glad we found someone to do this by hand, it was a lot of hard work and worth the money spent. Very professional. He does the work himself and is picky about other help he hires. Lots of people have asked and quot;who painted your houseand quot; because they are impressed at the sharp lines between colors and in the joints where siding meets the roof. There was no extra paint on anything. A bit more expensive than other quotes, and price rose during the job (spent a long time scraping dry flaking stain off), but the work was high quality and meticulous, with a smooth, even finish. Impressive. No flaking off yet. Caulking looks good too. They do things right and don't take shortcuts. Trustworthy! I'd also recommend the Porter Oil Stain-- covered well (and was used initially and lasted 23 yrs).
