Description of Work: We have a 100 year old house and a pipe under a concrete floor broke. We had Joe come out and he was able to put new pipes in without having to dig up the concrete. We have used him at our business also and he always does excellent work.

 + 0 moreWe called Cookeville Plumbing and they responded to our call within two hours. They went to work trying to find the leak and within 45 minutes had found an elbow behind the wall that was "weeping". Because of where it was located, replacing the fitting was impossible without breaking the drywall, but Joe did the best he could to keep the damage to a minimum. Cookeville Plumbing installed PEX flexible tubing as a work-around and the leak was fixed within 4 hours of when first discovered. Joe Speaker, owner of Cookeville Plumbing, was professional, efficient, and reasonable from a cost standpoint. This is our second positive experience with this company and will always be the professionals we call for our plumbing needs.
Description of Work: We were installing new carpet when we discovered a small area near a wall where water was pooling under the old carpet.
