Description of Work: Installed Hunter ceiling fan from Lowe's in amazingly short time. She works quickly, efficiently & is amazing to watch. It would have taken me HOURS, if not all day, to put new fan together out of the box, take down old fan, & install the new one. Tracy, the owner, did it all in less than an hour. She is such an expert, that it was obvious she had done this many times before.Based on my experience with Tracy, I would never let any other electrician in my house!! I've seen the messes she's had to fix & sometimes run new wiring, because old wiring had been done so improperly & sometimes she's found fire hazards.Tracy is professional, businesslike, but extremely personable & always has a smile on her face, with a "can do" attitude.Tracy has been doing work for me since I first bought my house in Oct 2003. Over the yrs she has:1. changed out ALL outlets & covers, plus ALL light switches & covers (changed from beige to white) & in many cases, she had to rewire mistakes made when the house was built 10 yrs before, by the original, incompetent want-to-be-electrician; 2. hung 2 ceiling fans in the basement to keep air moving;3. added electrical outlets, both inside & outside, being careful to use the required number of GFCIs;4. added ceiling fixtures in closets, where there wasn't a light;5. added ceiling fixture & switch for light over my kitchen sink, where there was no light;6. added 3 outside flood lights, this required all new wiring in attic, plus hanging the lights on corners of house; 7. added lights & a switch at the entrance to my attic; 8. added a whole house attic fan with temperature & humidity control in the vent in attic to remove heat & moisture; 9. added an extra light on far side of garage, thru brick & concrete blocks, to match light at "people door", so back driveway is well lit from both sides;10. added a digital wall timer for front porch lights;11. installed an outdoor ceiling fan on covered front porch, which required support, plus new wiring (no existing outlet);12. installed whole house surge protector at breaker box in basement; etc, etc, etc, etc.Anytime I have a new electrical "thing" I want or need done, Tracy can always come up with a solution. Sometimes, I'll just be thinking out loud about something, and she will say, "I can do that." Her answer to most of my questions, and/or requests is, "not a problem". Tracy always texts or calls to let me know she is on her way; she works efficiently, but has never taken shortcuts. Tracy's always been careful to keep up to date on electrical codes in both city & county, which tells how much she cares about her craft. Tracy has also done quite a bit of work at our barn in White County, where the previous owner had done his own wiring, some of which was definitely NOT up to code.
