This company has been my trusted service provider for over 10 years, and it truly saddens me to write this. All of the people I've dealt with have been wonderful, but this outfit did not honor their warranty. A little more than 7 years ago, I purchased a water heater with a 10 year warranty. This was a $550 upgrade. I was recently told that the warranty covers "parts", but not the tank. So I payed a $119 diagnostic fee and another $213 repair. The water heater began leaking the same night, and on the third visit was told it needed to be replaced. As you can see in the attached pictures, I bought a 10 year water heater with "premier parts and labor." This water heater is just a little over 7 years old. This manufacturer did not offer a 10 year parts / 6 year tank. I'm holding their documentation in my hand, and this combination does not exist. To add insult to injury, they quoted me $3300 to replace the water heater. I called Lowe's the next day and had the whole thing replaced before lunch, and it was less than $1500. This was cheaper than the BS 10 year water heater I bought 7 years ago!

We did get another estimate from some one and it was close to Ben Franklin's estimate. The other provider had no liability insurance and Ben Franklin did so we went with them.
Description of Work: Installed a new water line from the meter to the home, new whole house shut off and a new pressure reducing valve.
