WE SERVICE ALL BRANDS OF EQUIPMENT RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL. WE ALSO ARE IN THE REFRIGERATION INDUSTRY AND INSTALL AND SERVICE ALL TYPES OF WALK-IN AND REACH-IN COOLERS AND FREEZERS. WE INSTALL AND REPAIR ALL BRANDS OF COMMERCIAL ICE MACHINES. WE ARE THE FACTORY REPRESENTIVES FOR MANY BRANDS. OUR RATES ARE $67.50 PER HR. AND A $3.00 FSC IN COUNTY AND HIGHER OUT OF THE COUNTY. WE CHARGE OVERTIME AFTER 5:00PM AND ON THE WEEKENDS WITH DOUBLE TIME ON ACTUAL HOLIDAYS SUCH AS 4TH JULY, THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS, MEMORIAL AND LABOR DAY. WE ARE A TIME AND MATERIAL COMPANY AND FEEL THAT YOU SHOULD PAY A RATE ON YOUR TYPE OF REPAIR PROBLEM AND NOT EVERYONE ELSES DIFFUCULT PROBLEMS. WE ARE A PROUD RUUD EQUIPMENT DEALER IN THE HEATING AND COOLING EQUIPMENT LINE AND OFFER THE HIGHEST QUALITY.WE SERVICE A 50 MILE RADIUS OF COOKEVILLE AND WILL GO BEYOND AT A ADDITIONAL FEE.

Although I've been satisfied with this company before, they really let me down. I have a problem with a thermostat they installed, and now they won't come out an help. Called five times and got no returned calls. Stopped by for two visits, and though they were cordial, they did not live up to their promise to make a call to my house. Will never ask again, and obviously, I cannot recommend All Season Heating Cooling in Cookeville, TN.

I apologize to the member for not making it to your house. You caught me in a very busy time running, managing and servicing my shortage of employees and abundance of customers. I believe you wanted me personally due to the type of system you have that is very complicated. The job was to move a thermostat not replace or repair and your system was not down and functioning correctly. You also wanted info on maintenance to a wood heating system that we did not sell or install but did work on. I did agree to to do this and my fault is accepting your job at a time i could not spare a 4 to six hr block of time and not saying no i can not do this right now. We have resolved our labor issues and are running full crews now if you need us. Sincerly, David Denmark managing member.

Everything was great!
Description of Work: Came home from a vacation to find AC not working. One phone call resulted in assessment within 4 hours, determination of problem, and estimates on varying fixes. I chose the fix for me and within 1 1/2 days I had exactly what I wanted, installed in a professional and caring manner. The technicians made sure they cleaned up all work areas and made sure everything was to my satisfaction prior to asking for my signature to complete the job.

It was a very good experience.
Description of Work: Hot water heater went bad. Called All Seasons because they had done excellent HVAC work for me before and felt they could give a good recommendation. David Denmark said he would send one of his guys right out - and he did! Within a few hours, with my input and okay, a new water heater was in place and my household was back in business. The technicians were professional very courteous. I definitely would call them again with issues.

Each time they have done quality work and I do not have any qualms about them at all. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and I would definitely hire them again if the need comes up.
Description of Work: We hired All Seasons Heating Cooling to check our furnace and to do some work on our air conditioning unit. They came around November for the furnace and we spent about $200-$250. The air conditioning maintenance was about $100.00.
