Description of Work: Replaced evaporator Coil on a 2yr 2mo 2wk old heat pump. Techs are good, office management do not have good customer skills. I was told I would get a call the on 1/13/15 about cost and when the repairs would be scheduled. This never happened. No one had called by the 19th, I called them. I had to insist on talking to the person in charge of our service order at this time. Once I got to talk to this person I had problems having him give me a quote on the cost. All parts were on warranty. During a period of 2 weeks we had to run our heat pump on emergency power.

 + -1 moreThey actually put in our AC unit originally. They've never tried to charge me for any of the extra stuff they do like I've heard some other firms do. Anytime there's been a problem they don't try to get more money out of me...they use the warranty parts and labor. I have a lot of confidence in them.

 + -1 moreThe tech was very professional and polite, explaining as he went along what was wrong with the system and then explaining how what he was going to do to the thermostats would make the system run correctly and efficiently.
Description of Work: Heat pump was not acting right with auxiliary heaters. Service tech showed up and was able to locate the problem quickly which was incompatibility between the unit and some new programmable thermostats I had recently installed. Tech was able to find a way to make the units work as well as cleaning the evaporator coil in our upstairs system.

 + -1 moreI was able to contact a very helpful person with this company during off hours who was accountable. the scheduler called me was accountable. The technician was punctual and accountable, through, and very helpful. Every one did a great job. The cost was affordable.
Description of Work: The technician planned to only tune up my AC but it became apparent that the heating system had serious problems also. He then took a thorough look over of both systems at that time for the price of one. He took the time to show me every thing he saw and educated me about safety risks and possible options.

 + -1 moreThey were able to come the day I wanted even though there was not a lot of notice. The technician was professional and courteous. I have no complaints.
Description of Work: The technician checked the coolant level and replaced the outside fan motor. Since the motor was still in warranty from the manufacturer, Air Experts installed a motor and agreed to get a replacement from Rheem. That saved me some hassle.
