Description of Work: This company was sent out to repair my washer by my warrenty company. They were over 4 hours late, the repair person had to borrow my tools to work on the washer. I was told parts needed to be ordered, and they would set up to come back when parts came in. I never heard from them again. I called them mutiple times with no return phone calls.
