+ -1 moreJosh picked up the unit from the store post purchase --they held it for us. He delivered it, Drained and uninstalled/removed the old unit, then installed the new unit. Ensured everything was in working order. All services were done quickly and took away the old unit for us. He explained how the unit worked, how to best keep it maintained. Very professional, courteous, and does phenomenal work. His estimate of the work and cost were dead on. I would recommend Josh to all of my friends.
