Showed up on time to give quote and to perform work. Nice job and reasonable price Had them install leaf guards also. I haven't been through the fall season so time will tell.

Very thorough and provided a very nice upgrade to what had originally been installed on the house. I shopped for price/quality and Allen's was very competitive.

They were punctual - responded within hours of initial contact. Sent someone over to give a quote. I was impressed with his knowledge as we had our contractor friend tell us the gutters on the house were too small and that was why we were having problems. That was exactly what the guy said immediately upon looking at the gutters. He also offered solutions to minor problems. I told him I wanted some things changed and he said it was no problem. They gave us a 2 week wait time but actually came to install sooner. The gutters look great, they cleaned up any mess they may have made. They were through in a few days. We have a 3 story home so I thought it would be very expensive - they were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

This company, though not local for me, came highly recommended so I gave them a call. The representative, Jason, was very informative, punctual, and professional. He came by the house to measure for 6 inch gutters, downspouts, and new gutter screens. We picked a color and he gave us a very reasonable quote for the work. At that time he mentioned that if we needed rotten wood replaced that would be an additional cost and that the crew would talk to us about that when they were out. We called him soon after to book the job. A couple of days before the job he drove all the way back out to our house just to make sure that the color he had written down was the correct one. I was impressed by that. The crew showed up to do the work and made the gutters on the truck as needed. I asked them about replacing the damaged wood like Jason had mentioned and they told me, and quot;It's not that bad, you can replace that anytime.and quot; Were they just trying to get out of having to do that? I don't know. As they removed the old gutter guards some of the shingles on the edge were damaged because they were so old and brittle and the guards had been covered by them. When they were finished one of the guys from the crew knocked on the door and handed me an invoice. He didn't offer but I asked that he walk me around to see the new gutters. Just as I stepped out of the house I heard another guy from the crew yell at him, and quot;Come on, I'm hungry.and quot; Of course, after that I felt as though they were in a hurry to get out of there so I didn't bother walking around the entire house with them and from what I saw at first glance everything looked pretty good. I wished that I would've kept walking though because after they left I found a huge glob of glue dripping down the side of my house, their McDonald's bag and napkins left on my patio, and it seemed like every screw and nail that they dropped off of our old gutters was laying on the ground. I spent a couple of hours picking up screws, nails, and spikes all over our yard and driveway. Hundreds of sharp objects waiting to pierce a foot or a tire. I grew angrier with every piece that I picked up. The gutters are beautiful and the downspouts are in just the right spots. The price was also very good. But we were so upset by the mess that they had left we called Jason about it. Once right when the glue was noticed to ask him how to remove it from the siding and again the next day to ask that someone come back with a rolling magnet to pick up what I was unable to find in the driveway and around the house. He came out himself with the rolling magnet and spent a good bit of time looking for things. He seemed very embarrassed by the mess that the crew had left and though they told him that they cleaned up the area he took everything he found and about a 1/4 of the things that I found back to the shop to show them. He apologized over and over and it did mean a lot that he was willing to come back out to make it right. Jason had been very professional and our experience with him was a great one. I feel like clean-up is a very important part of a job and I would've paid more if I could have been insured that my yard was just as safe after the work as it was beforehand.
