He's excellent. He comes and does the work. He does it completely. He cleans up after himself. I think he was very reasonable.

They came when they said they would & performed the services in a very professional & timely manner.

Mr. Allen was awesome! He took his time to educate me about chimney safety, maintenance and use. I had a father/son duo local chimney guys come to my house a few years back to clean/inspect my chimney and they wanted to charge me over $5,000.00 because according to them my entire chimney was a fire hazard; The "dad" of the duo, said my "the chimney casing had become unattached and created a gap that could allow flames to go through the gap and catch the chimney/house on fire. I asked Mr. Allen to inspect my chimney and he was kind enough to show me that the construction of the chimney was just fine; he took it apart and the "gap" which I was told was made of wood and could catch on fire, was actually "porcelain" which is what is supposed to be there and "steel casing" which is also supposed to be there. He even poked at it with his big pocket knife to show me it was not wood. The other two father/son scammers put the fear of God in me and I had not used my chimney ever since...now I feel safe and reassured that my chimney is just fine. Mr. Allen provided excellent and quality work. I have a new chimney cap, installed correctly, no water leaks, and I didn't have to take out a second mortgage to pay for it. THANK GOD I did not have the money to pay those other two "Yahoos" for their scam...the father/son duo were very convincing...I mean why wouldn't I believe a "father" / "son" right? Mr. Allen was highly recommended by a very good friend who works in building houses and I am glad I called him. He is trustworthy, honest, punctual, fair price, and kind. I appreciate his taking the time to educate me in the world of chimneys! Thanks Richard! :)

It was great. The customer service was great. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they did a very good clean job.

Cleaned chimney and checked for any needed repairs. Inspected inside and on roof.

Regular price is cheaper then ash busters w/coupon. Great service and clearly they know what they are doing!! Also converted gas burning back to wood burning after sweep and inspection.

He was very informative. He spotted lots of problems and told me how I could fix it myself and told me where to get the stuff I needed and everything. He was very helpful.
