+ 0 morePerfect. They were here prompt. They were thorough with cleaning the gutters and checking for repairs. They were kind. Fair with the estimate. They charged me what they said they would. Everything was cleaned up and hauled off. Overall, it was great.
Description of Work: They cleaned all my gutters and downspouts. They also checked for repairs.

+ -1 moreOverall ok. The owner always answered his phone "hello" rather than what you'd expect "AAA Siding". The owner inspected my house and provided an estimate for repairt of $500-600. This seamed reasonable to my wife and I. When I accepted the estimate, the owner stated that I needed to sign a work order, so I agreed and asked for it to be emailed or faxed over. The owner then said that he needed payment up front because of the cost of materials. This set off a red flag with my wife and I as a $600 job could only have perhaps $300 in materials. I told the owner that we are happy to do business with him but will pay for his services once the work was completed as per the work order. He again demanded upfront payment, so we decided not to employ AAA Siding.
Description of Work: AAA inspected my home for a siding issue causing a water leak. The owner provided an estimate, but because payment was requested up front, I declined to do business with AAA.
