The techs didn't just raise that portion, they lifted the whole sidewalk so it was level. Great hard working young men!

As it turned out, I did not need the services that this company provides. However, Josh met me at my house. He arrived right on time, and I was delayed. He called my cell to touch base, and indicated that he would wait for me. He waited nearly 15 minutes for me to arrive. I needed to pour concrete, but his company specializes in leveling. He gave me good information regarding the type of work that I needed done, and gave me references of people who could do a good job. He spent a considerable amount of time with me, discussing the job, and giving me valuable information, despite the fact that he would not be doing it. I was very impressed by his honesty and professionalism.

They were very nice and helpful. I thought they poured sidewalks, but they repair side walks, drive ways etc. |They gave me the names of some other places to try.

1. Very prompt response providing an estimate. 2. Estimated price much less than I expected. 3. Service performed as scheduled. 4. Result was excellent. Conclusion: Professional, courteous, responsive company. Excellent service and outstanding results. Price for work done was reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The representative was cordial informative. I only wish I was able to get the go ahead at the time to proceed with the mudjacking. the estimate was fair and certainly would solve the issue at hand. I forwarded the information to the new owner as we were selling te condo and I hope they have since contacted them to perform the work

I saw an ad for A-1 in a home improvement magazine and after checking their website and Angies List, I spoke to Sandy who was very courteous and scheduled an estimate a couple of days out. Josh, the owner, called to confirm the appointment and arrived right on time. He explained the process, answered my questions and we agreed on a price. The crew Marty and a different Josh came on time, did a great job, cleaned up and were done in a few hours. A nagging problem which had existed for years was corrected in just a few days from the first call. We are very happy with the outcome. There is a small corner that cracked but it is only about 3 inches in size and very small compared to the previous sagging slope. Josh had mentioned that was a small possibility. I have "before" and "after" pictures but don't see how to post them on the site.

ON time, on budget, performed as advertised if not better.

All went as expected and discussed in advance. They did a good job cutting and filling in a new mortar line between the slab and brick perimeter. They drilled twelve holes about thirty inches apart and about one inch in diameter but with some chipping at the top you end up with a plug of new concrete about one and one half to two inches in diameter that does not match the older concrete and is more noticeable than I expected but they said they will blend in better with time. The odd thing is that only one of the twelve pluged holes does match the original slab very well but the other eleven do not. My guess is that they used the pile of sand that forms at the top of each drilled hole to mix in with the new concrete at the top of the hole that matches. If this is the case I don't know why they didn't have better luck with the other eleven. I would use them again but I would surely ask about getting a better match to plug the holes.

The crew arrived on time and got started drilling holes when a horrendous rain storm came up. They had to come back the next day to finish the job and were originally scheduled for 8 am. They called the next morning and said they be 2 hours late because they had a piece of equipment fail that needed to be repaired. They did show up at the appointed time, finished the job and it looks great. We were pleased they called to inform us they would be late and equipment does fail. Would recommend them to others and would use them again.

When you call them, they answer the phone. When you ask them to put in a project, they give you a date within the next 7 days. They arrived when they say they would. They give you a quote within 24 hours. They build it and they were done. It was one less thing to do.

I thought it went fine. They showed up quickly. They did what they said they were going to do. They were personable. I would use this provider again.
