Called for help with a leak in my home and was told they were "booked out several months on construction" and not performing residential repairs. So obviously, residential clients are not their area of focus or concern.

Great . Zack Street Plumbing identified the exact source of the problem, making it easy to repair.

Very pleased with the result. I've been using this company's services since about 1987, and they have always done an excellent job.

Access to Atttic location for this water heater was tight fit and finding a duplicate low profile heater was a problem at first. Zach Street came over and reviewed situation found right size and installed next day at the time they requested we be available for crew.

It was an excellent service.

I called to get a quote for a plumbing problem in the back yard. I was told that "if we come out there we are coming out to fix it at $135 an hour plus parts.". So their quote was we will come out and start charging you $135 an hour. NO THANKS! If your looking for a plumber and you found these guys. My suggestion is to keep looking.

We experienced a plumbing issue between the upstairs and downstairs baths. Contractor sent Zack Street Plumbing back out to handle. We were told they didn't know where the clean out was located that they had just installed a few months before. Installed a new one and charged us for the second install even though they had just handled all of the plumbing on the remodel about 4 months earlier.

This was in Dec. 2012; excellent tech; very professional; thorough; neat, courteous, considerate and clean.

Service was prompt, courteous and they delivered exactly as promised. The plumber and assistant were extremely polite and conscientious. I was happy to support a local company.

Reggie and Thomas were punctual, efficient and professional.. They left kitchen as clean as was found! They were most courteous in all dealings. Faucet is perfect!

.They are a bit high priced but do very good work. I've had other plumbers come out and have not found one that I felt as comfortable with as I felt with this one.

It was not a convenient time because it was the day before Christmas. I was having 20 people over for dinner that night. I called that morning and they came within a couple of hours. The guy was nice and put booties on his shoes so he didn't track through my house. He did a great job. He showed me what he was doing. There was a part for the tub that they didn't stock and he said that he could order it or he could rework the existing one. I had him rework the one that I had so I didn't have to wait for a part. I had used them before and I will definitely use them in the future.

I called in the morning and I was told they would call later in the day to let me know if they could come the same day. There was no call, but 2 associates arrived that afternoon. They were able to repair the leak within an hour and charged $192 including a service call fee. They did not give me an estimate before repairing the leak. It would have been nice to have the option to decide if the charge was too much. I don't know if the charge would have been the same if only one associate came to do the repair and took longer to do it.

This is an outstanding plumbing company. We have now used them for several projects both small and large (including a bath room remodel). Their work is meticulous, professional and, so far, flawless. They are quick to respond to emergency calls and are always pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Zack Street Plumbing.

The technician was on time, professional, wore shoe covers and repaired the leak. I have not had any problems with my sink leaking since. I had a very good experience.

The service was very good and they had exactly the water heater I needed in stock. The company wasted no time sending a plumber to get the job done. I was very pleased with his professionalism and comfortable with having him in my home. He even did a good job with the clean up and removed the old heater.

I have used Street Zack three or four times in the past and was also pleased then. This particular time, I was also very pleased and I have not had one single complaint about anything. There is not too much I can tell you. As long as the prices stay low and they continue to perform great jobs for me, I am satisfied with that.
