Initially I was very pleased with the service and the couteous, enthusiastic attitude of J?..n, who came out to my house and gave me an estimate. However, when I went to the shop, the president and owner was rude, short with me for no reason). It was almost as if he was doing me a favor by taking my deposit. After I paid him $2500 to begin my countertops, he did not want to give me a contract. I had asked him for a copy and also to add the warranty on the finish that was promised me. His body language and verbal exchange was not conducive to a proper client/provider exchange. I said I did not feel comfortable with this and he said, "I don't feel comfortable with this either". He refunded my deposit and I left. I left a message for the original guy who came out to my house to work with him, but I was never contacted by him. I cannot vouch for the quality of work they do, but I refuse to work with a provider that treats me as if I am doing a service for him. The owner/president, Joe, did not care about my business enough to try to rectify the situation. I would not suggest using these people at all.
Description of Work: Gave me an estimate for new kitchen countertops and we got to the point of down payment.

Price is good, product quality good, timing good----but two things to watch out for: the clean up was poor (a lot of mess inside cabinets as well as a lot of mess left on the driveway.) But the kicker is that I have a bar overhang, I was told (at installation) that the suports that I had on the corian countertops weren't big enough. I wasn't told this during the bid or measuring, so I had to go to Home Depot and find something that would work as Tops Unlimited doesn't carry these suports. What if only my wife had been home? Had I known this before I could have bought a better size or better looking product. I also now have alot of trim work and painting to do as I had to (yes, I had to) rip off the chair rail so the new supports could be installed. would it stop me from using them again? NO........but it is a key watch our for anyone else. Also a watch out, if you plan to re-use (or keep) faucets, take them off yourself. The plumber charged me $200.00 to remove 3 bath faucets from sinks that were already taken out (in other words an easy job)- that did not include installation of the new faucets, that was just because I wanted to keep the old ones as they were expensive and I felt like I could donate them rather than give them or throw them away.
Description of Work: Replaced two bath vanities and sinks (4-5 feet each), replaced a 3 foot vanity and sink, replaced kitchen counter tops, sink and island with granite.
