We worked specifically with Allen Brasfield. Allen is an excellent agent who can easily work with inexperienced buyers and seasoned investors alike. He has vast knowledge of the geopolitical environment affecting the real estate market including government ordinances, planned roadways, school zoning, the mortgage crisis, and much more. Allen's only interest is satisfying his buyers. He does not represent sellers so he is only loyal to a single party in every transaction. We are so pleased with the quality of service we received from Allen Brasfield and The Buyer's Agent firm. Allen would set up all of the showings to fit our schedule and all we had to do was show up. Often he would pick us up in his van and chauffeur us from house to house. When the time came to choose a mortgage lender Allen gave us great recommendations from his past experience. When the time came to put in an offer on the house we wanted Allen explained everything in detail so that we could completely understand the process and the paperwork. He helped us negotiate a great price and seller's assist with closing costs. He had great recommendations about which home inspector we should use, which escrow attorney, which plumber, and so on. Pretty much every recommendation and suggestion he made was right on. He was always punctual, eager to answer questions, and offer advice from past experience. We're so happy we chose him to represent us; it's the best decision we could have made during the daunting and expensive process of buying a house.
