We have contacted with this contractor three times. First time, We paid $4500 to him in this summer for replacing two furnaces and it went well. Second time, I contacted this contractor about a month ago to schedule an appointment to change capacitor for my AC unit. Later in that day, I found a cheaper one and I contacted with him to cancel the appointment immediately. I don't think I did anything wrong and I cancel the appointment in time. He charge around $150 to change a capacitor while the other guy offered me $65 to do it. Of course I chose the other guy. Yesterday, I have problem with my AC units in another property again and I called in to schedule an appointment with this contractor again. He said yes. You know what happened this time? This morning he texted that he would not come because I canceled appointment last time! What kind of person this is..... unbelievable and so unprofessional. If you don't want my business, tell me yesterday directly and not act like this to make me feel like fool!!! Angry customer. I had thought we should be treated better than this as an old paid customer.

It went great! There were no other charges beyond the big deal amount.

He seemed professional and his estimate for installation was okay. However, I contacted the Tennessee Code Enforcement Agency and they indicated the owner's license, Terry Williams, had been expired since 2011; therefore, he should not be performing work. Tennessee Code Enforcement also indicated for safety reasons, the contractor should always file for a permit from them when installing central air. This contractor said a permit was not necessary. Tennessee Code Enforcement recommended for me NOT to use this contractor because this is the way innocent homeowners are duped out of their money and work not performed adequately. Tennessee Code Enforcement said to always contact them for validation of contractor license before any money is transferred or contract signed.

He was very friendly and professional. They were right on time and they even called to let me know they were heading this way.

My AC unit was making a squeaky noise and I called Terry to service the unit. Over the phone he diagnosed the issue as a bad fan and said he would come out to fix it. He had trouble removing the original fan and had to cut it off requiring to purchase additional parts. After the new fan was put into place, the sqeaky noise continued and the problem was not resolved.

They were on time, honest, respectful, and efficient when we were dealing with a myriad of stressful other home issues. Would hire again in a flash.

I called last Friday afternoon and scheduled the appointment for Tuesday morning. He arrived on time and was very personable. He had to clean out the system and replace two parts. One was done Tuesday and after purchasing the second part he came back this morning and replaced the second part. He explained everything he had do do, even showing a couple of photos of my unit and told me the cost of each item. I was pleased with his service and plan to use him again for an air conditioning check up in the spring.

called back within thirty minutes of initial call. Scheduled visit for next business day. Was about one hour later than originally scheduled do to weather uncertainty. Promptly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Returned two days later to clean and service all of our units

He did a great job. They came on time, did the job quickly, and the whole crew new exactly what they were doing. They got the work done in a half of a day which was great. I'll use them again in the future for service.

The air conditioner wasn?t working and I had Mr. William come out to diagnose the problem. He came out the same day I called him. He discovered that it was a damaged circuit board. So he ordered the board and had it installed about two days later. It works fine now. He wasn?t extraordinary by any means, but he was just like what I had expected. He did well. He told me exactly what the problem was and fixed it. That?s all is what really matters to me. I won?t be able to comment on the quality of their work since I wasn?t here to see how they did. I will certainly use their services in the future too.

Phone is answered by a service so you can reach someone 24 x 7. He came out the same day I called, which was a Saturday. Arrived on time and quickly identified and fixed the problem. Seemed very knowledgeable of the heating and air industry. He talked to me aboout the tax credits available thru 2010.

It went great. He was very helpful. I hadn't had a checkup in three years (my bad) and there was a blanket of dirt on the fins of the central air conditioning unit. He got it all cleaned off. While he was doing this he explained what he was doing and also gave me a bunch of other information on air conditioning. He also explained how I can do regular cleaning of the air conditioner myself so that it runs better.

I had my home built and this was part of the process. At first, the system was not blowing out air so I called them right away. They did come and fix it. I do not think that I would hire them again because of their attitudes, they was not very nice. They did do OK work, but, just not professional enough. I cannot remember much more of this company. The system is now in working order and I am just glad not to have to deal with them anymore.

I will say that putting in an HVAC system is a huge job. In our house, that system is even on two different levels because of the way our house is laid out. This company handled the work load very well and we had no major problems as I recall. They are dependable and will work hard in a timely, efficient manner.

I am very happy with our new system. I would recommend them to anyone. We have had no trouble at all. My savings on the gas bill alone are enough to make us happy. The gas prices have gone up and up over the last few years but our bill with the new system went back down to what it was years ago before all the price increases. They were hired by the general contractor who was remodeling our home, so I could not tell you a price.

I thought they did a very good job. I am happy with the service. They were here on time in the process. The workers were nice to work with. The price was included in the cost of the addition. I would highly recommend them to others.

The installation went smoothly. They worked well with our contractor to get everything done in an efficient manner. The units are working great. I would say that I was happy with the service. Their price was competitive with other quotes that we got.

We were told that this company does really good work. We had a few quotes before we called this company. When we had received their quote, we chose them right away. They had one of the very best quotes out of any we had received. They were able to get started right away. You could just tell by watching them that they knew exactly what they were doing. They had worked very hard to get the job completed quickly. They made sure everything was working properly. They gave us a full demonstration on every system to make sure we knew how to properly work them.

They did a good job. They took the time to put dampers in to ventilate the air.
