They did a good. If there was ever a problem, they came out and fixed it. There were some wires crossed that that caused a spark that overloaded my VCR. They compensated me with a new VCR. They were very responsible and responsive.

The electrical has not been an issue with our new home. We are very pleased with the work they did. We actually called them to do other work. They are a very friendly group of guys. We have not had any problems with any of the work they have done. We are not sure what this company's costs were. We paid one full price to the main builder.

We were involved with the construction of our home in the early phases so we were able to pick the spots where we wanted phone jacks and cable connections. Starr Electric put them in the correct spots and they are all in working order. My builder paid them so I am not sure what they charged for their service.

After our new home was completed, the electrician actually came out and gave us a full demonstration of how the security system worked. He was a very friendly man. He was able to answer all of our questions. He showed us the breaker panel and how to operate it. We were pleased to see that this company took the time to make sure that we were pleased with the work they did.

All of our lights, outlets, phone lines and cable are all working as they should. They did a really good job on all of the wiring for us. They were done on time and they have never had to come back to fix anything. My builder had contracted and paid them himself.

I do have a few problems with the unit. For one, it has a leak and it keeps freezing up. It is still under warranty, but, according to them they will pay for the cover that it needs but not the labor. The labor would cost me more than an actual unit would. I think that is ridiculous. The upstairs will not even cool below 85 degrees so my children can't even sleep at all. It is really hot for them. I must say that I am not to pleased with the way they perform their work. As far as being professional and getting back to me when I have a problem, they are pretty good with that.

Everything was wrong from the start. We had to call them twice the first time they were supposed to come out and fix one of their mistakes. They were late a couple of times. When they arrived, they were very short with us. When the house was finished, they did a walk through with us. They tried to do it very quickly. It was like they had something else they need to go and do. We had some questions for them, and they were real short in answering them. Shortly after we moved in, we had a problem with our electric range. The cook top would work, but the heating element would not. We had them come back out and they said that nothing was wrong. They did not even pull the stove out to check the connection. We finally had another company come out and fix it. All it was, was that the 220 box was not fully plugged in. We do not know the price for their services, as it was paid all in one full bill to the main builder.

I have not been one hundred percent happy with this company. Things seem to keep going wrong. They come to our home to fix things like our switches, but they do not always complete their work. Overall, I still feel that they are a good company. They are better than most out there. They could just improve upon the quality of their work. We paid our contractor to build our home. They then paid this company directly.

The work they did was just okay. In my opinion, they could have gotten the job done quicker than what they did. The workers were nice but they definitely could have been more punctual. The price was included in the amount that we paid the general contractor.

I was a little up set. They forgot a phone jack and actually put a smoke detector in the bedroom instead of the hallway where it was supposed to go. They did come back out and make the corrections. They also wired the entire home for cable, but did not extend the wiring to the outside of the home where the cable come company would connect it. I guess they just over looked or just didn't think about what they were doing ahead of time. I thought some of it might have been poor communication with the builder. The builder hired and paid them so I had no say in it. The reason that I would grade them all C's is because they were very nice about making the corrections.

The house is in kind of a rough situation because the house is so far from the road that the utility has not ran a line that goes that far back yet. There is not electric running, but all of the wires and everything that we needed this company to do is done.
