+ -1 moreRutland Termite and Pest were always on time and were very courteous to my husband and me. We have approximately 4038 Square Feet in our home and they would do a very thorough inspection of the area. If necessary they would do a treatment for pests. If we had any problems with pest recurrences before the next scheduled visit all I had to do was call and they would have someone out the very next day. The only problem I found with Rutland was that their prices continued to go up too often. I actually had to drop the contract with Rutland, as I am allergic to the chemicals they use.
Description of Work: Rutland Termite and Pest came every 3 months to do an inspection for mice, termites, ants, and roaches. They did an inspection on exterior and interior of my home, and if necessary treated for pests.

+ -1 moreRutland s is a reliable company. They do a good job. The workers have always been friendly. We get good results and are happy about that. I have been happy with the service. I would recommend them to others.

+ -1 moreThey do very good job for me. What I like about them is their reasonable prices. They are also very good to work with. They are very flexible with scheduling and they even come on Saturdays when I work through the week.
Description of Work: They sprayed the inside my house around the baseboards and in the closets. They also sprayed outside around the perimeter of my home.
