Everything was done in a timely manner. The guys who did the work were very good and cleaned up after they finished. All people I spoke with were very professional and helpful.

I have always been happy with them. I pay $200 a month, yearly. If I need extra service they are always available although it costs extra. Sometimes I have to call them and ask them to do things because some of the workers do not take the initiative to do things. I have checked around for prices and they are all about the same. They keep raising the price every year and that upsets me because I don't get a raise and I don't understand why they should raise the price every year. They pretty much come every Tuesday or Wednesday.

Rich-way is very reliable. Their team shows up on time, takes ace of business and leaves everything looking great. They do great work and they are very responsive.

I can't say enough good things about Brad Alexander (landscape designer/architect) and all the guys that work for Rich-Way! They are the most professional people I have had the pleasure to work with, out of any job category. They have an obvious passion for the work they do and they're all very knowledgeable. Brad really takes the time to listen to you and builds from the things that you do and don't want. Unlike some other companies that tried to just tell me what I needed. Everybody that showed up to the house was friendly, very polite, and worked very quickly. They cleaned up every area they were working in, and some that they were not. I will definitely be calling these guys to help me again in the future!

Rich-way Landscape took awhile to get the quote the second time and they were expensive and I got a quote from another company where I really like the design and that's who I went with.

I have been working with them for the past three years. They do a great job. They are great at cleaning up after themselves. If something needs to be fixed, then they will come right back out. They are nice to deal with. They have done planting and installed an irrigation system in the past.

I have been using Rich-Way for many years and they have always proven to me that they can do great work. The services I receive are always good. The people are very timely and always hard working when they come. Their prices are always reasonable also. I am impressed with their work and I love having them around.
